If you go down to Lowes/Home Depot, and buy a rubber fence post end cap (2" maybe more?), you can heat it up and stretch it over the front hub. Works great for a center cap. That's what me and a buddy did on our TJ's, we run steel wheels. Can send pics..

make sure on the rubicon the back bumper tire carrier is solid to the frame bc the weight of the tire will want to pul it away from the frame bend the tire carrier mounting brackets.

If you have a tire requiring a lot of weights sometimes if you dismount the tire and flip the tire and remount, then rebalance the tire.

I think the Blue RUBI would look superb with a poison spyder hood louver and maybe a bestop / rampage frameless top. But then again youd have to cut that beautiful hood yall painted.
