The underlying health risks of sugar-replacement substance is not considered in the labels. The problems with such labels are also blaming sugar but what if one were to eat zero-carb diet and replace it with sugar instead? It is the balance of our diet that matters.
Key is moderation. The daily limit for sugar is extremely small. For men it is about 36 grams and for women about 25 grams. That isn't much. Your typical regular sugar bubble tea easily exceeds the 36 grams. So, if you can't live without bubble tea try 50% or 25% if possible. The taste probably isn't going to be the same but at least you won't have to inject yourself with insulin from severe diabetes. You can ask anyone with severe diabetes that requires insulin jabs. It's far less enjoyable than drinking low sugar bubble tea.
Misconception. Blue kitty is wrong at the last part (and so too, many others). Sugar does NOT cause weight gain. It's excess calories that does. Sugar is still bad though, but it's the raw amt. you consume daily that really matters. This is why this whole drink labelling this is stupid anyway. The labelling should go by amt. of sugar in the whole drink, not by 100ml. This means a drink like bubble tea can have the same grade as yakult even though the former actually has multiple times more sugar amt. in it. And peopel still don't know any better. They see the C-grade and mistakenly think the BBT only has max 10g of sugar.
Huh? Go by per 100ml is fair. Going by whole drink causes confusion. Example 300ml coke vs 1500ml, both gonna have different grades even though they are the same drink?
@@n3xtx Yes? That's the point? If they have the same grade, someone who wants to buy a 300ml coke will think it has the same sugar level as a 1500ml coke
It's so obvious that PAP is the only competent and effective party that cares for the health of the people. This is why PAP has always been the people's choice because of its superiority over the others which are basically redundant. ❤❤
Steady leh. Thanks for heping to summarize all these. But I hope you not SWAT by OYK. Strangely, I have been looking at your stomach throughout this video.
