They could film season 2 and 3 back to back a lot easier than most other shows if they split the game into 2 seasons at the most obvious point. Since none of the characters intersect until the very start and end. 100% of S2 will be with A, 75% of SE with B, then the last bit of S3 with what is essentially the epilogue of the game.
