Very cool
Nice work! I've been considering UCE's standalone unit, the CT220L. Have you demoed that one?
Ive never used that one but I have used the DSO212 w/ CT213 which is probably similar. It works good but I really like being able to connect the CT220S to the pc software or straight to an oscilloscope (really like using my old crt scope for it). The CT220L doesn't look like that is posible.
@@ecurepair how do you get the good waveforms to compare the device under test to? I have an old Tektronix Huntron that I might be able to do something similar. But it's nice having an example waveform to compare to.
Nice work! What scope/software are you using that displays example waveform?
Link is in the description
Im blind lol ty@@ecurepair
@@ecurepair I don't see the "link" in the description LOL.
@@503jmn I just had to redo all my descriptions last night so yeah its gone at the moment you looked at it. keyworks.us/lnks/ct220s
have you tried a mc69332mpu chip in the 99dodge Cummins ecm you can get these new but im not smart enough to decipher the spec sheets to really see in the gm world i have experience with flash chips and usually they are unreasonably rare BUT the same exact chip with a lower temperature rating is easy to find and usually all but one number or letter in the part number is the same
Do you mean 68332? Im not familiar with a 69xxx series
@@ecurepair it is 68332 my bad i found the pin out for both the 68 seems to have a few less pins but a very similar pin out and instruction sequence i found a sc416652gmft20 Motorola chip in a spare ecm i had for a 99 school bus currently investigating if it will work i cant find any replacement mpu for 99 dodge applications i have all the equipment to do so tho
found a source for a chip i dont have the expertise to diagnose the mpu on my board but a unlearnt guess is with how common the fault is replacing it and the clock generator should have my delayed wait to start fixed my reman bus ecm had its off shoot mpu replaced to i guess Motorola cant make chips very well haha
i have a ecu that no output of 12v in ignition coil socket and i find it burn ic but i fix it and still no 12v what's the problem of that? do they have resistor going to output pin?
what year and model?
i got 2015 manual i have limited tools for that but i did make it like new

I sent an email about needing a PCM repaired. I never got a response. Do you do shipped in PCM repairs any longer?
Everyday, prob just missed your message. I get a slew of messages so miss stuff once in awhile or even just forget to reply sometimes.
@@ecurepair
So how do I contact you about a repair?
@@nm-qt2hb😅
email from my website or the one from the about us page here on youtube.
Wow, I don't understand something, its there ECU's database in this software?? Never see something like that before..
No, you have to create them yourself in the software. It is possible to share if people wanted but Im not aware of anywhereoffering them.
What controller or application is this?
I have a link to it in the description
@@ecurepairI meant the ecu you are repairing. Thanks for the link for the tool as I was also curious about the tooling as well. Thanks.
its a NGC5 from a g. cherokee

Don't want to waste your time .
Hopefully you can provide a little guidance.
My situation is similar but pertains to an EGR control solenoid.
1995 OBD 1 E350 7.5 California
It throws code 558 KOEO EGR control solenoid circuit open or shorted
also 629,626 TCC. Coast Clutch solenoid same deal.
These trans circuits are not connected to any other circuits
They get power and ground from pcm.
I have checked voltage drop;ped/load tested ground circuit between solenoid and pcm
voltage dropped power circuit between solenoid and pcm power relay.
Voltage Waveform shows sawtooth waveform all having same basic shape but ragged ramp and hold section after initial inrush voltage. Also lots of variation in the shutoff.
I have tested it during KOER and on the road. It does operate
It had a shorted solenoid when I got it ( one of my first checks)
I'm wondering if it could have damaged the driver somehow.
I had my normal repair guy look at it and he saw nothing.
Is it possible eprom damaged or??
Kind of at my wits end.
Thanks for any advice or info you might have.
Thanks Gus
Its hard to say. Its possible but its not common.
Thanks for responding
I know your time is valuable
