- This is the Aussie Vocal Coach Lip Trill Vocal Workout for Ladies. The Lip Trill or Lip Roll is a great vocal exercise for efficient breath control, maintaining a relaxed throat and developing vocal cord connection which is required to sing into your head voice. This set of exercises ascends to a C6 and descends back to the start pitch. Make sure you sing in a comfortable range for your voice.
The Lip Trill vocal exercises is one of the best vocal warm ups that can help you to sing better instantly. The exercise gets your air moving while at the same time it also relaxes your throat. Whenever I try to increase my upper range with the lip trail I find out that as I’ll go higher my larynx hurts what should I do
Don't force higher trills. Keep practicing what you can comfortably do. Eventually, you will be able to go a little bit higher. But don't try to force it all at once.
make sure your throat is relaxed and the only pressure is in ur lower abdomen
I have problems with my tongue, could anyone help me please? Where do you put the tip and the back of the tongue in the high notes? I guess it’s not resting all the time 😢
Try sticking your tongue out and holding it in place when doing warm ups don't forget your support though
I heard you're supposed to put the tip of the tongue at the back of the low teethwhen hitting the high notes to release tension and help raise the larynx :)
