    Hello. Questions for the singers doing this exercise regularly.
    1. In exercise 3, did you have difficulty doing the trill continuously in one breath?
    2. In Exercise 3, were you able to sing more notes in the same breath progressively the more you practiced?
    Thanks in advance!

    • @raisedbywolves-sillychrisv477
      @raisedbywolves-sillychrisv477 6 месяцев назад

      Yes. Per chat gpt: Lip trills are a fantastic vocal exercise for singers because they help warm up the voice safely, improve breath control, and regulate airflow, ensuring a smooth, sustained sound. They also reduce tension in the vocal cords and surrounding muscles, which is essential for vocal health and flexibility. Plus, lip trills can assist in extending vocal range by gently stretching the vocal cords without strain. This exercise is a great tool for both novice and experienced singers to maintain an optimal vocal condition.
      After many many lip trills my airflow has become much more efficient so singing feels more like speaking and I can hold notes out for much longer. I can now hold out all the phrases with one long breathe if I make sure to get my inhale right before the phrase. Remember to breathe between phrases as you would when singing.
