I remember last fall when I was watching some channel regularly on finding secret grants / loans / credit hacks that the "system / Matrix" don't want you to know about, that I found out how many many people live a very good life simply off of credit, from starting businesses to buying houses. And then even more so, how important "business credit" is, which is what I am trying to achieve now, so that I can really grow my company to where I know it's possible to get to. Unfortunately I am still dealing w/fixing my personal credit, but this episode definitely is gonna help a lot with that. Yan definitely threw some gems out at us!
I can definitely relate to King Credit. I had to hit rock bottom as well to find my purpose in life. I tried Amazon FBA, Wholesaling real estate. network marketing and none of these ventures worked out. I cut off EVERYONE and I now day trade stock options and invest into long term stocks as well. It's not how hard you row, but what boat you're in - Warren Buffet. If you want to move up, change your environment, like Yan says at the end. Otherwise the crabs will pull you down to their level because why should you have it better then them. What I got from this interview is that you must become the creator of your reality, ultimately you make all the decisions to create your reality, and if you decide you can change it in a split second.

7:00 Sounds like anxiety. Too much caffeine (too much varies from person to person) can cause your body to release a lot of adrenaline and when that adrenaline hits while you’re not exercising it can cause anxiety, panic, shortness of breath, palpitations, etc… that’s if your heart is healthy. If you have a bad heart, it can cause a heart attack. Fortunately, not very many young people have bad hearts and cardiovascular disease.
One day i felt like i couldn't breath went to the Er and they said everything was fine. The dr told me to not take preworkout as i told her i was taking it. She knew right away. They said it was an anxiety attack. Never took preworkout again. My preworkout now is a warm up workout .

What I got from this interview is that you must become the creator of your reality, ultimately you make all the decisions to create your reality, and if you decide you can change it in a split second.

7:00 Sounds like anxiety. Too much caffeine (too much varies from person to person) can cause your body to release a lot of adrenaline and when that adrenaline hits while you’re not exercising it can cause anxiety, panic, shortness of breath, palpitations, etc… that’s if your heart is healthy. If you have a bad heart, it can cause a heart attack. Fortunately, not very many young people have bad hearts and cardiovascular disease.
One day i felt like i couldn't breath went to the Er and they said everything was fine. The dr told me to not take preworkout as i told her i was taking it. She knew right away. They said it was an anxiety attack. Never took preworkout again. My preworkout now is a warm up workout .
