Alaska to Argentina on a Honda 90. Episode 14 - Colombia

- Well there we are guys and gals. It took 6 weeks to edit, but that's not actually a bad time to edit a 59 minute movie I guess haha.
Sorry for the delay in uploading, but I had to earn money working, and it's easy to put off an edit as mammoth as this one.
If you do want to support the channel or send me some beer tokens to say thank you for spending months making these videos;
My PayPal email address is ed.march@c90adventures.co.uk
Or my merchandise shop is at c90adventures.co.uk/shop
Or there's also a PayPal donate button on c90adventures.co.uk/donate/
Thank you very much for watching, Colombia was an awesome country to say the least, and I hope my edit has done it justice.
Honda needs to sponsor this man
lol they'd pay a whole 40$ to more than cover for repairs.
Probably safer if they don't. having a beat up bike that blends in Vs something shinny and sexy will draw in the attention you don't want.
@@johnwayne2103
I thought of it until I saw the Lifan engine. Plus he butchered the bike with his suspension "mods". If he had maintained the stock bike definitley stood a good chance.
@@johnwayne2103 I get what you mean but pushing the image of reliability and flexibility would really sell the bike. There's certain bikes I won't touch because I don't want to get stranded on a highway.
it is unbealivable how a bike that costs less than a dinner can get you across a whole continent, japanese products never ever fail to drop jaws
Less than a dinner? How much it cost?

Having lived in Bogota for 9 odd years now, I think this is the most interesting Colombia tour vid I've seen in years! Well done mate. It's realy heartening to see someone come here for a reason that doesn't involve any of our troubles or any of our problems.
It’s hard when there are so many problems
how much for a problem?
I can’t get over his use of Mexican music 🤦🏻♂️
He definitely did some sweet fresh bumpy problems
I love how nonchalantly Ed just rides through all of the checkpoints with people shouting at him.

Hi everyone.
So the chat for the Premiere automatically closed at the end (how rude), so I didn't get to respond to you all :(
Thank you all for watching, and I really enjoyed reading all your comments as they appeared (even though you should have been watching the movie, but I'll let you off this time ;) ).
Seeing people comment that they'd done a trip because I'd inspired them, or even just had a good time watching the videos makes it all worth it. I actually got a little emotional as I saw the product of 6 weeks of editing being enjoyed so much.
The only reason this series exists is because of you. So thank you.
See you soon
Ed and Ninety
Great vid Ed, i think if you change the links in your video description to be like www.etc they will become clickable.
c90adventures hey Ed I love your videos!!! Did you hear about the new ct125 Honda just announced! That could be your new bike!!!!
Hey, great to see a video again! And certainly not a bad showing at all.
I did want to say that I bought the digital download of M2UK from your store, but it wasn't easy! And I wanted to see if it was just user error on my part or something that could be fixed. So I added the product to my cart, entering in my own price, easy peasy. But when checking out, I put in my US address in the billing section. This caused the website to freak out a little as it said that it couldn't ship my digital download! I ended up putting in a random UK address in London, and that worked, but some people who'd want to buy your stuff might not be so determined. Wasn't sure how else to contact you, but just wanted to let you know! You never want to make it difficult for people to give you money haha. Keep up the great work.
You inspired me to do Vietnam north to south last year
Can you start a patreon or something please? I would like to give you some of my money every month to see this content more often.
Hi this is HONDA Cross Cub Grandpa from Japan.

@J G Thanks!, it's funny someone else asked me the same thing yesterday. I am kind of shy, nevertheless I should do a short video telling my experience and helping other regular people to try it. In fact I am planning to go to Alaska and I'll do it on a 150cc, as soon s the covid19 vaccine is available.
Just make sure your videos aren't better than mine, yeah?
Seriously though, it makes me very happy to hear I might have pushed you over the edge and do some travels 🙂
Enjoy Alaska, it's lovely up there. Liard hot springs on the Alaska highway are awesome.
@@c90adventures Damn! Im such a fanboy! Thanks! on the contrary we owe you.

He's crazy trying to sneak past customs in Colombia. They take there job very serious over there an while I was there my passport was checked so many times I couldn't tell. Basically everywhere I went. But at that time their civil war was going on. Edit: I too was blown away by Colombias diverse landscapes. You could experience almost every climate in 1 day in that country. The people are there are so friendly and helpful an out of everywhere I've been in the world Colombia still remains my favorite. Shame on Honda if they don't present you with a new CT 125 Hunter Cub.
i imagine theyve made maintenance and disassembly a nightmare for modern times, utility and practicality has sort of been abandoned
Honda just signed a deal with GM. The indestructible Hondas of the past are not as good at making money as the garbage of the corporate dominated present and future.
Come on 90!!
@@erNomic i mean, if they provide the motors and gm does the chassis i won't complain. there has to be said something about chevy wheel bearings that you can just bolt in your driveway versus the me having to remove the entire knuckle and driving it with a 2nd car to get it pressed out in a shop. also, apparently it's mostly for EV vehicles so classic chevy reliability shouldn't be as big of an issue with electric motors and such.
No doubt
This is the best video I've ever watched on RUclips!! Had a smile on my face the hole hour watching.
Just discovered this video, youtube recommended real good, half way through and loving this. After watching this will start at the beginning, looking forward to the adventure.
Lol can we acknowledge how perfectly easy his first person view when riding the 90 can fit in a Far Cry sequel... Looks so crafted and handy with duct tape, loose wires, the hanging bunch of keys and all.. Not to forget that piece of exhaust on the basket haha.. Now that's awesome @c90adventures you got my sub for that 💯

My motorcycle F700 crashed 15 days ago with my boyfriend on it, he is fine thank God but the motorcycle didn’t make it. Also thought about the Mexican music but, we are in a such globalized world that you can play any music any where. Hope you come back to Colombia and go to some other places to find weird friendly people... big hug.
I'm Mexican and was about to comment on how it's a typical anglo/western thing to use stereotypical "Mexican" music for anything south of the US. It's a disservice to the people of the local area and shouldn't be apologetic of telling others about it.
