I’ve been flowing for 3 years. Advanced ropeflow gives you superior agility and coordination. And if you can master ropeflow, I believe you can learn any physical activity, sport or instrument. It’s given me monumental confidence.
Not particularly! The original rmt rope is around 450 grams I believe. I also have some that are closer to a kilo, but lighter will be easier to learn the techniques
