I loved this workout! I could mostly keep up with you but towards the last 3 exercises I definitely had to slow down. I did star jump/jumping jack to modify, and even that was hard. Really loved the princess sit up, it was challenging but a nice break. Thanks Tracy!
Hi Tracy!! Loved/hated the 5 rounds of each exercise haha. I was out of breath and sweating like crazy! Very tough in my opinion. We're currently in winter here in Argentina, so this was a good way to get the body warm alright!!🔥🔥

I will admin this workout kind of scares me....especially the 5 rounds of partial burpees and fast feet floppy burpees. But I'm going to give it a go. How about a workout like this but with 20 second intervals? And maybe 3 or 4 rounds instead of 5? Wish me luck doing this one!

I haven't done this one earlier I must have forgotten to do it.😬 The rounds are a blast and the 5 rounds of each excercise is super powerful (sweaty) too.👍💦 It's good for a change to do a longer workout without dumbells.💪 I liked it and feel fit and strong.
