When we get a new tool, we really should spend some time to figure out how to set it up right for the long haul...or get used to lesser quality for a lifetime lol.
I agree. I have been in my shop studying the same problem and then your video pops up, perfect timing. Thanks again for your time and effort to help others ! Mark@@joesshop3622
Good idea, well thought out and not that complicated. Wondered if you made a throat plate that had holes in it, for grabbing dust above the plate? Just a thought.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT WHEN GUYS THINK THROUGH THESE ISSUES AND MAKE IMPROVEMENTS ! Great job! Mark

Thank you for sharing your creative solutions! They were very instructive :D
Thanks! Much appreciated. Especially trying to get this channel going...comments are everything to the algorithm.

Great idea but really there should not be dust on top if the part was held down to the table...lol!
Good suggestions! I can see making the dust collection part on my 3d printer.
Nothing on earth beats innovation! Great Idea!
@@joesshop3622 awww shucks... no you're embarrassing me 🤣
Nice work. Is there a drawing of the white plastic part?
IOW you want one?
You could even use magnets to hold it onto the bottom of the bandsaw.
Absolutely! Great Idea!@@brucemitchell5637
