I am getting more convinced every day! I quit meat for two days now! So excited to loose 50 lbs.! I had 4 major surgeries on knees when I was young and need to get this weight off of them! I plan to watch as many of the doctors videos as I can!!! :)

We need to spread this message! It upsets me so much to know that I lived with JRA for 12 years taking toxic meds and I had no idea that food was the cure. Doctors need to know and share this!

Stupid ass food is not the cure. So many people believe vegan diets are the cure, but no you still have arthritis.

Yeah ok those drugs may harm the body but food can harm the body as well.

I am just rolling my eyes thinking what the fuck are you doing to your health. Medical science never lies of you are talking about medications, if you're talking about food well that is a big lie.

Jackie talks about this diet being hard. I think its the easiest way to eat. I make a giant pot of veg soup every three days. At breakfast I have oat groats with cinnamon and raisins, lunch is a bowl of soup, salad and bean and salsa sandwich and dinner is a salad and soup and a sweet potato or two. I eat so much food I feel guilty. I really dont miss the junk or the meat. It is really nice to know that I the power through diet to heal myself and that in my 70's I'll dance at my Gkids wedding.

Spondylitis - I was diagnosed with this in my twenties and suffered many years with it. According to the medical profession this is incurable, as are many other things too. What they really mean is they can't get you better. The good news is, you can get yourself better! All my spondylitis symptoms are gone. They went quite quickly on a low fat fruit and greens diet. I now eat starches too.
Diet is the first thing we should address with any health issues!

This diet is NOT hard if you know how to cook. Be creative. Learn the dishes and learn the techniques and you've got it! Pick 4-6 main things and eat these over and over again until you incorporate new dishes into your routine. You'll love it and you'll feel amazing!

My mom is so depressed and her Rheumatoid Arthritis is so bad. I am sending her this video in hope it helps convince her to try a vegan diet. I want my mom back. I want her happy and able to do things with me. If there is anything else you think might help convince her, please let me know. Thank you.
Ps: I’m vegan and I feel great and I just want my mom to feel better.

Funny, taking 2 months to heal from a debilitating condition with a change of diet is considered by many doctors to be 'extreme' but a life time of harsh meds isn't. And, the meds wouldn't have had the added benefit of weight loss, and improvement in energy!

This diet IS hard...at first; but with anything worth having, you just have to work at it. My motto is "Fake it till you make it". It was hard at first for me but the health benefits are ABSOLUTELY worth it!!

Honestly I know it's healthy to have a plant based diet. But I do have cheat days to eat chicken wings. I love the taste of meat but they are no longer the main ingredient in my life.

Diet does help, but cure? Not a chance. Good luck to you but i don't think you had RA probably post infective arthritis which normally goes away by itself.
