He was the best of the best, he was a good friend and we talked by phone many times. Always got together every year when he would come through for his Chistmas show. What you see is what you got, a talented, sweet, dedicated, and generous person, knowing him was the highlight of my life, he was great and we miss him everyday, lovd ya Per, Jeff and Linda.
I have always loved Perry Como's voice. My family and I as a young child, grew up listening to him. Every Christmas, he was part of our traditional family get together.
At 67 years of age now, we still remember Perry fondly. He was and remains the favorite of the crooners.
What a great man and singer! I love watching his old Christmas specials.
Ever since l was born in 1940 and reached Forty years old l always listened to the best singer and Gentleman that one could ever know and today l still listen to his music. The best that ever was!! Comeback Perry!!
My favourite song was ( And l Love you so) which l always played to my dear Mother.
Perry had the best voice of them all, and there have been plenty good singers,he was a wonderful gentleman, and a good living human .
Perry was a symbol of the fabulous 50s. That silken voice and regular guy feeling made him accepted as part of the era.
I Saw his shows in England i was studiing hé was great RIPDear Perry 👏💝💋
So sad hes gone but his songs are still alive RIP PERRY DEARLY MISS❤🌹🙏😇
For me Perry had the best and smooth voice of all, many great singers including Jerry Vale, Vic Damon’,Jack Jones @Don Cherry, plus many more, but Perry for me is hard to beat,, and as a man, none that I can think of in his line of business. A wonderful human being.
Perry really was huge on TV during the 50’s and 60’s.
20 years ago today. We miss you, Perry.
Great singer, love his rendition of so many songs. My favorite? Simple, "Beyond Tomorrow"!
Perry Como was one of the all-time greats. He was no Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett. His singing style was very laid-back and very very easy to listen to. I have a number of his songs on my iPhone. The thing I remember him most fondly though is the fact that his was the first TV show that I can remember watching as a little kid about three years old back in the late 50s.
RIP Perry Como
Thanks for the uploading! Always nice to see Perry Como.
True class, they dont make them like this anymore. True talent
He was different class from them all, especially the Rat Pack,he was a wonderful good living person, and in the kind of lifestyle he had he stayed the same warm humble human being.
Cuando lo escuché por primera vez
quede maravillado y conmovido por su manera de cantar, era como si acariciara la melodía en una comprenetacion perfecta entre su voz y música
I will never forget Perry Como and Karen Carpenter singing a duo!
perry was my grandpa s friend/charlie michael/on long island till g.p.death 1972,we got free albums all through the 1960s!!!esp christmas
Perry’s middle name was Ronald(Ronaldo) after his mother’s father. Someone made a typo mistake and listed Roland. His oldest son is named Ronald P. Como.
No one can say it like he sang.
The very Best👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👑xxxx
I live near Perry Como Street in Canonsburg pa
Have always thought he was the best ,lots better than Sinatra
Is not a competition, both were great singers!
Perry Como was the very best...singer and man. Mom loved him so & I hope he sings his beautiful songs to her in Heaven.❤️🎶
Sinatra can not compare to anyone he is unique.
@@richardbullis156 , Spot on ; a clear, concise comment that can’t be denied. There’s Sinatra then everyone else.
Perry Como is one of the all-time greats. He was no Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett. But his laid-back relaxing singing style made him very popular in my household. I have several of his hit songs on my iPhone collection. The thing I remember most fondly about Mr. C was that he was the first TV show that I remember watching is a three year old kid back in the late 50s.
