There’s something seriously wrong when they release a video of the victim being interviewed but not the interview of the cop involved in criminal conduct
1. Cops pretended not to notice his extremely nervous body language in the bodycam video. 2. When cops were taking his weapon in previous video on this channel, they first asked him "Have you been drinking?" to try to help the officer get a lesser punishment. They honestly just tried to give him some very very unfair room to wiggle out. I support the police but this is disgusting. If all the police departments have rooted corruption like what I just experienced I'm very very mad. We're supposed to be the USA, not Mexico or some South American country,
This corruption has been going on with police since the beginning of time. The system protects them with qualified immunity, the police unions and when they are found guilty/liable it's the taxpayer that pays the bill.
The victim should have some further compensation for all that trauma he went thru. That officer should not have been given the opportunity to resign. He should have been fired with disgrace. Should be 5 years min in prison.
People in the USA don't understand how lucky they are to even be able to call the police and they show up. They take an incident like this and generalize it to mean everyone is like this. That's like saying your primary care doctor in Nevada is corrupt because one corrupt doctor in Florida got caught writing bad prescriptions. If Mexico and the US traded police forces for 3 days, the Americans would be begging for their police force to come back (many will deny it but believe me, it's no good feeling knowing that in many countries the police won't investigate, they may actually show up at your house with the cartel!)

Dead man walking
CHATMAN BATMAN: Sir that is not me Bud! I DIDN'T TOUCH YOUR MONEY! I just wanted to hold your 💰 Bud! I promise you on my grandma's dog life I wasn't trying to take it! I'm sorry guy's I got caught, usually I don’t get caught! Can we just let this guy go and FORGET-ABOUT-IT and call it a night! I LIKE WENDY'S TOO!!
We the people want to see the entire interview
Just really sad to see......
Female officer KAREN 👩💼: I SAID TAKE IT DOWN A NOTCH!
I knew cops were stupid in general.... But THIS?
Chapman why did you do it ?
The walk of shame. Goodbye police department, hello protective custody?
Hello probation.
Should have had everyone stand in the hallway and watch him walk by!
The walk of shame... Damn that's gotta be rough 🤦🏻♀️
Walking the mile
They should have frisked him first before anything like with any criminal being processed.
Desecrated flag on the wall
WE NEED THAT INTERVIEW😮!!!!!!
JUSTICE
Chatman just made life harder for every decent LEO - and there are a lot of them.
Hope they go after the female officer who tried to diminish Moon's truthful claim that Chatman stole.
Thanks for not only posting this, but for leaving comments open. Transparency may make some uncomfortable, but, in the end, it'll help weed out the bad players.
💯 facts… if the Sargent wasn’t there, she would’ve covered it up
There’s something seriously wrong when they release a video of the victim being interviewed but not the interview of the cop involved in criminal conduct
2 cops I will be following to see if they get employed anywhere else this guy and the cop that got stuck in back seat lol
The walk of Shame
Now I wanna see Chapman's camera footage, need to see him shimmying the money under his butt lol
Longest walk of his life!
The other police were trying to let him get away with it. The black man had to solve the crime, who is the real criminal.
Where are the hand cuffs ?
"That ain't my money!!"
Correct.
"That's MY money!!!!!"
Also correct.
The victim should have some further compensation for all that trauma he went thru. That officer should not have been given the opportunity to resign. He should have been fired with disgrace. Should be 5 years min in prison.
lol, you don't know what real trauma is
@@sheeplehunter9651 Watch the full encounter on police activity. That was very stressful.
Lawyers would love this
The ultimate walk of shame 🤣🤣🤣
Anybody else would of been arrested for a felony but not cops, they are above the law and get special privileges. Pathetic.
He got arrested for a felony. So much misinformation in the comments!
Full credit to this police department, if this happened here in Ireland it would have been covered up immediately.
I would like to see the full interview
The walk of shame, just imagine how many times he stole money before he got caught.
Now, they're obligated to look at his past cases and see if items have been reported stolen.
And the door closes in our face!
He shows no signs of humiliation. What is that called? Psychopath? Sociopath?
You have to be one of the two in order to qualify for law enforcement
Try watching the bodycam video. He goes into full panic mode. It's not a psychopath. He's just a dumbass.
