Perry Mason pulls off his greatest victory, in handcuffs! Mr. Moon is legendary.
“I don’t think he smokes or anything” “shiii I just saw him put tobacco in his mouth” dead! Dude was super observant. And She definitely knew and tried to gloss over it. She interrupted and shifted blame every time detainee tried to explain. She didn’t even look in the door when they found the money..just stared at Chapman. Investigate her too.
1:28 his face when the guy found it
"That ain't my money". What has this genius done without a camera seeing it and with no one else there to see him or call him out.
This is quality hiring and training CMPD. What we have all come to expect from policing these days.
"Lady cop was just as guilty" with all the gaslighting techniques she displayed !!!
It was at this moment that he knew, he fucked up. His whole heart was on the floor pounding!
Officer “Ain’t My Money” Chapman, you kicked yourself off the police force and your cover was blown! Lol.
Sergeant wanted to prove him wrong shit backfired 😂
Why would you give up your 100k salary and pension for $900 dollars.
Officer Chapman looks very guilty
Y’all see how fast he was tryna get too that door he knew it was in the door busted suspended n he resigned he was that hard up for moni
You weren't acting irate. You were perfectly calm considering what you witnessed.
Office Chapman…..Ex office tried so hard to block the door and cover his tracks.
Smh. You wear the badge for nothing
The female cop "nobody saw anything" she didn't even bother to look when he pointed it out. Fire her immediately.
This guy handled this soooo wonderful catching this scum bag police officer!! He was professional and it worked in his way
they tried sooo hard to get his attention off chapman and to look at them. I think it was a team effort.
The Sargent really said “Allegedly” lol come on man
The cop in the background reaction when he realizes the scumbag actually stole the money…
That female cop was trying to defend him bad. I need a loyal chick like that 😂
Blue line is way stronger than any relationship lol
WE DEMAND AN UPDATE ON THESE CRIMINAL COPS !! TODAY IS JULY 9, 2024.
That female tried her very best to keep the victim distracted!
After Chapman‘s supervisor found the money he stole in the door compartment. They allowed him to resign rather than to fire him … even though when they arrested him and charged him with embezzlement!
The only thing I can say for Mr. Chapman is I'm glad he came clean to fellow officers and apologized. He didn't continue lying which was the grown-up thing to do. It's on FB. I really hope he apologizes to the guy he took it from, because he was a gentleman the whole time. I'm impressed. I could learn a lesson from him myself.....
The only lesson Chapman has to teach is how to be a thief.
You all treated Mr. Moon with such disrespect! He showed so much grace to the officers who did not want to even check the thieving Chapman, he showed such grace to the thieving officer himself & you people STILL continued to treat Mr. Moon with disrespect & as if this was HIS fault! And then the officers go on to treat the thieving officer with almost sympathy after he’s caught & arrested! What is wrong with you people?! Seriously! I spent 24 years in LE & I couldn’t be more ashamed of you people or more disgusted with these officers than I am right now! Every single one of you ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Disgusting! And there’s zero doubt in my mind that this isn’t the first time an arrestee has complained about this officer stealing, & there’s zero doubt in my mind those complaints were completely ignored, or kind of investigated & “unfounded” bc it was an arrestee lodging the complaint! The only reason the public even knows about this, & the videos are released, is bc a judge had to ORDER you people to! Trying to hide this from the people who pay your salaries shows yet another level of corruption! It starts with leadership & this department is CLEARLY lacking in t leadership & transparency!
A real man vs a criminal....
Thank you CMP
