Prisoner transport with the real prisoner disguised as an officer with all the legit credentials except for righteousness and morals....this is a slap to LEOs and a safety score(not a touchdown) for civilians who have been unlawfully abused without any justice
This must been one awkward drive I can feel the cring
This is must see TV and makes policing look good (albeit for the wrong reasons)
Even if the police refuse to police this crime...I promise you...the public will... because if he starts working for another police department...and he will....the moment someone complains about him stealing something....the citizens will have a case because he's a THIEF!!! And I know his neighbors are looking at him side ways too!! He must be embarrassed...I know I would
I'm Sure He's NotThe Only One In That Department. He's Just The Dummy That Got Caught And Now They're Mad Mad 😂
In one the other videos they were all sympathetic towards him like “ yeah we all do the same things just a shame u got caught”.
The entire station were up in arms over this. They were all ordered no stealing for 3 months until the heat dies down some of them had to even get a second job. What r they supposed to do they all got bills to pay. Dam that Chapman!!!
Apparently he wasn't. The Lt. was arrested around the same time as he was for damn near the same thing. Look at the CM news. Damn shame. The entire dept. is dirty.
Looks like the entire CMPD have financial issues…Lt was arrested on card fraud…sad sad sad! Where are the morals & values. They’re in the wrong profession…. like WTF 😬
Well he traded the front seat for the back seat pretty fast

why do you find that noteworthy?
@@metv2363 It's special treatment because he is a police officer. They guy he stole from was handcuffed in the back, which is more uncomfortable.

3:09 It looks like Spider Man is wearing his superhero leotards today. Able to ripoff a handcuffed bro in a single bound.
Oh mercy, help us all.
For those who’s wondering why the wait is so long. Transport officers waiting for the booking room to clear of all inmates before they bring him in. It’s a (book-in/book-out) protocol for all former Leo’s.
Why are his hands cuffed in front! He is no different than any inmate he put in cuffs! They should be behind the trash not in front!
The police are special.
@@331RBD yeah the special green that comes out your backside when the bowls are in distress! Lmao
No way that’s his first time either, he didn’t just decide today to steal money, curious if there were any other complaints not taken seriously prior…
More likely, he put a kid through college doing this.
If the cop would of let his brother take his money he wouldnof never beem tempted unless he was planning this disgraceful act all along and thats why he made sure that money stayed with the alleged criminal / absolute victim transport....
He had it planned all along!
He planned it from the moment he unzipped his jacket pocket and pulled that stack of crisp bills out... the reason I say this, is because right after he pulls it out, he lets a out big ass sigh(breath of air) as if to say jackpot, I needed this today..... and that is also why he insisted not letting that man girlfriend take it, he knew it would be in his posession for that ride to the station and that was opportunity to get some of it.... he thought it was a perfect opportunity to get it cuz he presumed NO ONE including the so called criminal in his head would notice..
yeah he was casual about letting his friend keep the phone and wife take the keys, but the cash, oh that's gotta come with us
He didn't let the brother take the money because he didn't steal the money he was trying to take yet...
As soon as Chapman saw that cash he knew then he was going to steal it. Chapman let the Moon’s brother take his other property but insisted on keeping the cash.
The funny part is that this guy expected special treatment and kept baiting for it. When they came to take him to the interview room he had the audacity to suggest that they come to him to interview him at his cubicle, running away from consequences like a coward. Then he asks the officers transporting him to check tomorrow's weather as if it matters if the sun will be shining when he wakes up, you're still waking up as a criminal who's power has been stripped away. Hilarious !!
Awesome comment!!!! 😂😂😂😂
I read a article on CNN that said when he was interviewed he admitted to taking the money but mean to steal it
This officer took an oath to protect the community. Imagine how many people he arrested and lied about it during their court if he lied about the money, he could lie In court
Shout out to the chief officer for doing what is righteous . No one is above the law .

Shout out to the Wendy’s receipt 🧾
I want to know why he was not charged with tampering with evidence, along with the embezzlement. He committed 2 felonies, he should be charged with 2. His qualified immunity is out the window. No pension or benefits. He should also be facing a civil lawsuit from the man he stole from. Take it all. We are so tired of the two tiered justice system. Any lawsuits settlements should not be paid with taxpayer funds. Police should cover all cost. JMHO.
Crazy how this guy went from Police officer in the morning to Criminal by night time over $900.00 !!!!!

except that bad cop got privileges any other criminal would not have got. Like the stop on the transfer and the door opened for him. His hands cuffed in the front instead of the back.
Why is he being cuffed in front? That's part of reason for the divide between the police and the citizens of the United States of America. Sad.
And you know this for a fact? The NYPD is permitted to front cuff provided criteria are met. This situation would qualify. How's the point where you go to Google to research that departments procedures.

How many times you think this creep stole money from subjects? This is definitely not the first time. You'd think a cop would be scared to death to do this. But those who don't already know. They are Comfortable as Hell doing this. This is normal for Cops. Why you think this piece of trash did it right there in frontof the subject and his partner? Because its not a big deal. They all do it, including his partner who would just LIE for him using the words "I Never Witness Officer Chapman Stealing Anything" Even after she did witness the money being found right under his driver chair by the Sergeant. The Black Sergeant seem to be honest because he's a Sergeant and can really be in hot water if he is not Honest especially after witnessing the theft and the one finding the stolen cash under the suspect's driver seat. So I believe this black Sergeant will come clean. The female on the other hand is appearing to start the coverup immediately after even witnessing the Theft rightin front of her eyes. Black law enforcement always been a bit more honest then their counterparts. Thats a Fact.
