I made the tropical sunshine parfait with your homemade banana bread granola and I made a second parfait with your homemade PB&J granola and they were both AMAZING!!!!!🥰😍😍🤤🤤Thank you so much trying new sunny recipes like this really makes my quarantine a lot better!
I wish we had Vegan Yogurt here. These look so good. I could probably make my own from canned coconut millk. I want coconut chips. Yum. I miss Pomagranate seeds. 🙂A new way to use poppy seeds. Would love different recipes with poppy seeds. Those are very healthy for you. Love those. ❤️ Cucumber in a parfait, that's different.
Indians have been having cucumber raita for generations (raita is a Hindi word meaning a side dish that is prepared using curd/yogurt with vegetables (usually raw) and/or fruits and seasoned with herbs and spices). Because Indian food tends to be spicy, we serve raita as a side dish as curd has a cooling effect on the digestive system. (Note: The curd is made from dairy, but as most Indians are vegetarians, dairy and dairy products are the most affordable forms of protein and calcium available in the market so please don’t say anything about using dairy, the socio-economic conditions are different in my country.)

The Fig and Pomegranate Parfait along with the Tropical one are the two I would love to try. I haven't had pomegranate in years, because of the seeds. I get confused when I see videos where people put pomegranate right onto the food, don't you have to take out the seeds?
