Kinda late, but I believe Time Reaper is a good counter to the Timey-Wimey Doctor Who deck. That one puts a lot of stuff in exile to fuel the commanders.
I must admit I didn't consider cutting Vislor but it is true that he doesn't really do anything with the commander. If anything, it's bad because they can discard a land to our villanous choice, draw an extra card in their turn and take the same amount of damage they would have taken
A fun little bit of flavor for all of the Sagas. They were all named after an episode and what each saga does has to do with what happened in the episode.
Interesting piece of lore davros is the creator of the daleks and was created by the doctor in turn the doctor creates debatably his greatest enemy without ever knowing it, the thing that wipes out all of the time lords except the doctor was created and destroyed by the doctor.👨⚕️

There's several cards that pull from exile from the BFZ block, the eldrazi ingestors/processors that put from opponent's exile into their graveyard
