Fascinating insight into northern African desert lifestyles .
How satisfied, simple and happy but hard life; they are used to it. They don't need big buildings wide roads, cars, dishwashers, Washing machines. They have everything, Love, family, living together without envy, they are richer than the people who live in cities who have so much wealth but they don't have real joy and love.
I was in the desert a long time ago and I love it
never watched such wonderful documentary.....

Islam has only 3 holy cities not 7. The cities are mecca medina and bait al maqdis. Other arab cities are same as newyork or tokyo or paris. They are not holy at all

Man has the right to make any place Holy. Arabs are not in the Authority of Islam, Man may practice Islam as see fit. Just as long its culture doesn't violate its Islamic principles. Besides, if those places in the East we're so Holy, then why are they not Holy??? They are fighting and killing each other over there.
With their mouths they process Islam, but their actions say something else.
So what makes those places in the East so Holy??? Moslems see Holiness within themselves, their surroundings, and the Holiness within each other.
Please the Arabs lost their Light of Islam, a long time ago. The Light of Islam in the East has become very dim. The Light of Islam is now in the West (North America)
And guess who brought the Light of Islam here in the West??? The Mahdi! So be very careful of what you think is Holy or not.

That's not the star of david my friend, look again carefully. It's called a pentagram, which has its own background, like the flag of morocco for instance, it too has the 5 pointed star portraited. That object what the person has in his hands is called a "luh", a wooden hardboard. A student of the quran makes use of it for memorizing purposes. The script that you see on it is a verse of the quran which has been written on it with ink by themselves. I know this because I too have practiced this way of studying the quran in the past. Please with all due respect do your research before making these kind of statements.

I think slavery is still practiced at least in this documentary you can see the young girls dancing, man serving tea and etc.
I don’t know where they stand at the moment but if that’s the case this should be stopped.
Acyporda I didn’t say something wrong and why slavery? That is the main reason makes me say what should have been said. I suggest you to open your eyes. Because if you’re not seeing what’s going on you must be somebody who benefits from having slaves and if it’s so, then I’m going to assure you I will fight you and set them free, no matter the cost. If you’re not that type of person we shouldn’t have this conversation in the first place, do you still believe in slavery or not???
I would like to say there is only one God to worship the one who created everything in this world and the next. there is no God for dessert or God for ocean or nothing else I know some people mix religion and culture but that is not what Islam teaches also there are only 3 holy cities in Islam not 7 other than that it is wonderful documentary thank you for sharing

A prophet is a man among the humans whom God selected to warn mankind. A prophet isn't worship but tells humans to worship the one the God (Allah) whom all worship is directed to. Example of Prophets are Adam(AS), Musa/Moses(AS), Zakariya (AS), Ibrahim (AS), Issa/Jesus(AS) and Muhammad (AS).

It's very common for North African who speaks French and Arabic, due to it's French colonial history. French is spoken in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia
