When I first got interested in flip books I found a channel called kyles gameplay and he does those effects really well too but he doesn’t make flip book videos anymore.
I love the subtle detail he puts in everything, like the little tiny extra hop after jumping to the left on the second flip book, and only for a line, I love how much work he puts into it and just to make it look that tiny bit more clean.

That move where you fling yourself onto your feet is called a "kick-up" in English. In the video game Tekken 7, they use a Japanese word for it, but I can't recall. Edit: Some call it a "kip-up," which might be the more accurate term because when you're doing pull-ups, "kipping" is when you kick your legs to brute-force your way up. It's generally considered bad form in a pull-up, but can be alright if it's controlled.
