Sneaking around at night as a solo vs duos and trios has definitely created some of the most intense but fun moments I've had in this game
bruh if you really do sneaking on bushes you definitely play against noobs. you cant hide anywhere unless it is bushes or forest close to castle
It's terrifying at times. You can get better junpscares than most horror only games like FNAF.

Its the only gaming content on youtube where my girlfriend joins me. Thats a big compliment considering she is not into games. She says she likes the thrill this game has and that jack is a good guy to watch casually because he always takes time to explain things and be mindful of the viewers.
I enjoy jack playing hunt so much that i wait everytime till we can watch it together.

Hey Jack, just a little thing; at 12:54 you actually saw a blueprint lying on the ground behind the clue. These are quite rare and instantly progress your weapon unlock to the next tier of whatever gun you were holding when using the blueprint. :)

they also work on tools and consumables too!
@@jumblestiltskin1365 As you learn all the spots they can be, you'll find them very regularly. In my last 4 hour session i found 3. Sadly i cannot use them, having unlocked everything already.

this game is one of the few games that can pull a pvpve and i love it
"you dont always have to fight" - You wont believe how important that line is in Hunt Showdown. Knowing when to leave aa fight is just as crucial as knowing when to engage. Also, glad that you are showcasing this amazing game. We want more people in the community, discover the highs and lows together!!

Just a random tidbit, those generators have a chance to spawn on during low visibility conditions (fog, night, etc.). So, someone probably didn't turn it on.
True, if they had been through they might also had taken the clue, which wasn't already investigated. Unless it was greyed out on the map while they passed through.
@JackiedudeQQ how do you know someone didn't investigate the clue already?
@@IVlarauder If the center of the clue is black and empty, it means somebody's already investigated it before you. If you're not sure how to tell the difference, just watch what happens to the clue the next time you investigate it and note the visual difference.

Tarkov comes super close but it's way harder to get into. You easily need to take it as a part time job to get remotely good at the game

Solo's vs Trios is so intense. I was over 300 hours in it before I was brave enough to give it a try. Now I play against trios whenever I can, even if i'm solo or in duo.
The feeling of winning when you're out gunned is phenominal!
My first hours of Hunt was Solo, I was maybe unaware of how to play with randoms then, but they were so fun.
Remember unlocking the Bomb Lance and just feeling like a Badass, running into boss lairs and killing full trios with it's melee lmao!
Though my playstyle has changed quite drastically.
Good word? Dying game with tons of cheaters and reshade wallhackers, they never listening for community and they mixed event contract with normal one instead of separating it, it still same for 2 weeks+ already

I'll agree about too many night/rain maps, but they do a great job communicating with their community. Just because they didn't agree with your feedback...
Solos in trios truly are the agents of chaos in Hunt Showdown, especially with the ability to self-revive.
Yeah self revive makes it so much more enjoyable as a solo

Hunt is still underrated but does it so well. The look of the game, the sound, the immersion
jack got me into this game, now im 1500 hours into it and still love it. for someone who doesnt know all the ins and outs of this game, he does very well. great aim goes a long way
Solo vs trio has become my fave way to play, makes every bounty you get out feel like a real win
Hey jack, I don't know if you read your comments, but I'm gonna type down some tips to improve your chances of surviving in the bayou.
When stab grunts in the head, they don't scream when they die
If you approach a grunt, whilst crouching, and stand up or jump just before stabbing them, they won't do any sound when they die, except the sound it makes when their bodies hit the ground
Use these two tips paired with the assassin perk ( so that your character don't scream when you perform a melee hit ) and no one is gonna hear you
When you're on fire or bleeding, you can use a medkit right off the bat. It will stop the fire/bleeding, as if you were holding F, and will heal you at the end of the animation

The perk you are thinking of is "silent killer".
Only with Silent Killer. Grunts make noise dying no matter where you stab them otherwise.
One thing i LOVE about this game is the footstep audio being so clear. You can pinpoint where someone is from their footsteps so there's no bullshit sneaking up behind you

Was excited for Hunt Showdown to release, when it released, it didn’t disappoint.
Haven’t played Hunt in a while but I’d really like a new game mode with a map to go with, full on STRANGER THINGS style.
Talking, new map, new game mode, new baddies and the option to go into the “upside down” in a way!
Edit: Teaming up kinda like you can in DMZ would be an AWESOME addition to this idea!

I enjoy checking out every video you drop, but I get extra excited when I see Hunt!
The most intense moments and big brain moves have been in solo vs lobby. Patience and forethought are key. The gunfights are the best too. You can feel the tension in every match. This game has been a blast and I’m glad I bought it when it was only 11 bucks.
This is the content we need. Hunt is the best game out there right now for me, nothing compares to it! Love the content Jack!

small tip: if you move backwards (most likly S-key) while opening a door, you can open the door towards you. that can provide a tactical advantages sometimes. (more vision and not revealing your position)
Jack, stepping into your own traps is part of the Hunter Initiation. I go as far as saying "You are not a real Hunter, if you have never stepped in your own traps". Also as a Solo always equip Necromancer, Resilience and Magpie.

Conduit and serpent are must have traits for the solo player also.
videos make it look so much better, I instead come across the sweaty max prestige players groups that sit in corners waiting for people

I love the style and presentation of this game so much. I love the way the guns are all a bit jank so gunfights can be really intense. But this game just gets my blood pressure up way to high and I can’t handle it!

I really love the longish videos and Hunt: Showdown!
A little side note, generators can automatically be on during night and fog maps. Just a nice thing to know. Most Hunt players do not touch those things. They put everyone at a huge disadvantage, with how Hunts sound design is.
Jack has so much to learn about this game. When he does hes going to be damn good.

Months later for me but every time I see jack play solo I always get the itch to do it as well, but I know its not gonna go anywhere as well as when his video's post it. Such a hard game to play right but man is it satisfying when it pays off. Good stuff jack, love watching your hunt videos.

Just an FYI, on fog and night maps the generators can just be on at the start at random. Days time maps, if you see them on then someone turned it on. Fog and night maps (and maybe rain now? not sure) they CAN be on at random.

Jack, there is indeed buggage in the game where Barbed Wire from Concertina Bombs, Concertina Trip Wires, and maybe even Scrapbeak Barbed Wire can still bug its hitbox and damage through Walls. The Devs still haven't been able to figure out how to reign that in completely, so it's wise to be paranoid of Barbed Wire danger.
We love the Hunt content!! But I do miss you doing the intro and outro with the iconic Hunt music..

i just started a couple of days ago as a complete solo, and goddamn i had adrenaline spikes through the roof. Then having to take deep breaths to chilll.
Sometimes getting 5 kills, a bounty and extracting, sometimes getting 6 kills and dying, multikills with big dynamite, Katana rushdowns, holy hell.
Constantly lurking, listening to trios approaching and / or ifghting the boss, then pick the perfect approach. Its stressfull but amazing.

When an enemy player is within a certain radius the clue will turn red and make an ominous sound to warn you!

Hunt is imho currently the best game around. The immersion is insane and after a game you feel the tension flushing from your body as the safe environment of reality returns to your veins an muscles. I honestly cant think of a game that pulls me in like Hunt does. Now with the dynamic weather and Rotjaw in there it just get's better and better. The rain is amazing and heightens the tension even more. My name is smp and I'm a Hunt Addict.
