    You'll need...
    2 lbs prepared Jamaican Callaloo
    2-3 lbs chicken
    1 1/2 tablespoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
    1/2 tablespoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 1/2 tablespoon golden brown sugar
    1 tomato
    1/2 large onion
    1 pimento pepper (aka seasoning pepper)
    5 tear drop habanero peppers (optional)
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    6-8 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 cups coconut milk
    1/2 cup water

    This reminds me of the Indian dish chicken saag but I prefer your recipe. I like both calaloo and stewed chicken, combining them together is such a brilliant idea!😋

    Living in the South in the US, I don't really have access to that specific variety of leafy green you're using there, but we have collard, mustard, and turnip greens in abundance. Do you have any recommendation on which to use as a substitute green?

      simple spinach will work.. cooks MUCH faster though Off the ones you mentioned, I'd quicker go with collard

    Jamaican Callaloo is the same as the Amaranth plant. The Amaranth grains come from the Amaranth plant(Callaloo leaf).

      Not just the same as, its a type of Amaranth plant, there are different varieties

      I think Jamaica sells it in can, so visit a Caribbean store and check for Jamaican callaloo
