The comeback of Ons from 3/0 with a lost set to nearly winning the match was just awesome ! It shows how special this tennis woman is. Unlucky...
Lmao "tennis woman"
Hope she makes serious inroads next year..go go fellow African 🇿🇲🇿🇲🇹🇷🇹🇷
I wanted Ons to win so badly, she is that talented. But congrats to Danielle.
@@Hammerton32 I wanted her to win for African girls... but her time is coming. Love Danielle too. Hope she goes on to win the trophy
@@muliyechuula9098 No, her time is not coming because she is not getting any younger. She needs a better coach who can make her fitter. Right now is too heavy, and that is why she keeps losing 3rd sets against good players. She has raw talent, for sure, but she needs to play a disciplined game. I like her a lot, but she is so frustrating.
i'm stunned that collins was able to put together another upset in the same tourney and eliminated one of my faves to take the title.
Well, Jabeur, as usual, is a gifter of points. She hits all these loose shots which give her opponents other opportunities to win the point. She is talented, but right now it is a talent wasted. So disappointing!! She needs a new coach who can get her to be fit and play high percentage shots. She could have won this match, just like the one in Rome against Coco.
@@jeffreylara3835 Ehh...opponents gift Jabeur a lot of points too, since she just pushes them and slices a lot, waiting for a weak reply from impatient opponents. She just seems like another Radwanska except with a more powerful forehand and a worse backhand.
Collins beating Jabeur is definitely not an upset lol....Collins has all the weapons to win a major. Her ranking at the moment doesnt reflect how well and the level she is able to play. She can be inconsistent at times but she is definitely one of the better female tennis players from US currently. I hope she can win French Open 2020 🤗🤗
Congrats Jabeur, you are absolutely amazing player. You make progress every single tournament. I am confident someday you will win a grandslam championship.
Or not
@@violetmujeres1034 shut up.
@@Itsous You shut up! There was no need to be nasty. Ons has talent, but that is not enough to win. she needs to lose a lot of weight to hope to win a major tournament. Right now, I say she is regressing. She has ben since Australia. Instead of trying to be fit during the pandemic, she did nothing.
I really like both of these players. Not surprised at all this went 3.
I commented similarly to what you wrote but on Collins with muga. I love the variety of Collins opponent. Collins is collegete tough.
I’ll be surprised when these matches go to 5!
Proud of you ons jabeur 🇹🇳❤️
Collins is really surprising me this year on the clay. She is quietly making a huge impact. Very nice game for her!
quietly......lol
@@ethan.milavsky4516 haha nice
i like her gameplay but she is so cringe
John De Tombe she does get on your nerves a bit, but really like her gameplay.
Ethan. Milavsky Not literally🤣🤣...She is just one to watch... She is quietly moving through the draw. I didn’t expect for her to take down Muguruza!!
2020 just keeps getting crazier. 😂
Podoroska is a qualifier and she is in a GS SF. Congrats for her
@@cosminciornei7049 Yes, she played an amazing match. Congratulations to her.
B Osaka winning aswell 😱😱😱😱
Everyone's rhythm/conditioning etc is all out of whack, so you're not seeing a lot of the usual suspects making it deep into the rounds. I like it. I don't like what's caused it, but I like seeing what it has done to the field. It can get boring seeing the same people time after time in quarters/semis and finals.
@@101poumi Osaka isn t a surprize,she is great and a future legend
Ons you've come so far. Well done ❤We're proud of you!
All arab world is proud of you Jabeur Goog luck in the future.👏
What do you mean Arab, I'm excited for a tennis player who plays well.🤔😏😋
@David conditions aren't that well in Arabic countries (not all but some). It's an achievement that Ons is representing all Arabic countries and playing at such level. It will promote the sport culture in women of Arab countries, which is a really big deal.
Match stats
Points won: Jabeur 49 / Collins 51
Awful screams: Jabeur 0 / Collins 279
Diam that’s what I thought. Can she just shut up and play tennis? It’s really annoying
Wai Chung Suen Exactly!!!
I hate that to.
شكراً انس على كل حال تبقي لاعبة كبيرة وان شاء الله المرة القادمة ترفعي الكاس في باريس ونفرحوا بك. مرة ثانية الف شكر
This is a very different Danielle Collins from what I know her. I used to just remember her as someone with just an aggressive baseline game. But this tournament so much variety in her game. Moon balls, drop shots, slices, volleys. I was really impressed.
Love Collins’ energy and footwork
Attitude aside Collins is such a good player. She was very fiesty and stayed with Ons who was being tricky in the second set. Great player!
Attitude what? I only see that she's very enthusiastic and feisty and i love that side of a player. Always root for DRC.
Cant ignore her disgusting attitude..still think she is disgusting danielle.
@saigonbond time to stfu bitch. bye
Stormy Danielle for sure
I agree she’s not overly liked on tour!
This was a very entertaining match. A lot of interesting points. Collins has really improved on clay.
I believe she’s doing so well is because the clay isn’t like it is in the summer. I believe this clay is like the 2012 Rome blue clay. That clay favored heavy hitters and not pushers. I’m thinking this is why we are seeing more aggressive players advancing than pusher players.
Congrats!!! So happy for Collins
I meann can we talk about that second point from Collins? Aggression, power, & accuracy!!!
,, Ons Jabeur,,, she is like Aranxta Sanchez vicario,,, i see,, 😁 👍👍👍
Omg...i'm not the only one
@@fuckthathalilintars6654 She does the perfect "Arantxa Face". I like watching her play.
ardi tan: Don't expect her to claim 4 Grand Slam titles though.
@ferzy09
It's her anatomy, athletes can't be fat at this level
Like Serena Williams and many others
Let’s go Danielle!!!!! It’s been tough sledding since the 2019 Aussie run, so I’m so glad she’s put another run together!
Those were two of the best drop shots of the tournament (and we’ve seen hundreds lol.) The ball is just not bouncing on those. Wow.
Collins succes makes her first RG quaters. i think she will be top ten someday
The tournament being played so late in the year and the heavy conditions really suited a physical player like Collins. I have no doubt that Jabeur would have beaten her if this was the usual tournament schedule. That being said Collins was a deserved winner today and she could still surprise on a surface she wasnt expected to do well on.
What a battle. Good match.
I love Ons.
I like Jabeur’s game, but I think she is a little heavyset which slows down her mobility a little bit. Otherwise she has an amazing and stylish game that can beat anyone on the WTA on any given day.
Great match
خيرها في غيرها انس , فخورين بيك
Ones Jabeor is a real champion without sufficient financial support she still managed to get deep in professional tournaments in big stages
Most respect for Collins, Awesome
Wow, I knew Collins was a good hard court player but she’s surprised me on clay! Hopefully she can keep it up for the Americans. 🇺🇸
Ons bravo 👏
Great positivity from Collins in this match
Collins has added more topspin to her shots, variety (angles/ drop shots), and has taken the pace off= more consistency...
collins looking really sharp this tournament
Congrats Danielle!
Really great win for America. Danielle played smart.
Danielle, I'm rooting for you to go all the way and raise that trophy. You can do it! 🙏🏽👊🏾💪🏽👏🏾
Second place trophy. A lefty will win the French open champion men and women in 2020.
@@davidgivins4203 David, we'll have to wait and see. 2020 seems to be the year of upsets.
@@jessicaruby1ify sometimes I like to tell what I know, the Future🤔😏😋😊
@@davidgivins4203 touché Sir. 🙂
Come On Danielle... you and your mighty backhand must lead you to win this tittle keep focused
Good fight
Collins will be a top 10 player very very soon, probably in the next month or two.
Jabeur has incredible talent and the potential to be a top 10 player as well, but she needs to increase her fitness and mental tenacity big time. The best players like Halep, Barty, Osaka, Azarenka etc all have that. Serena Williams easily the best example when she was in her prime.
I wouldn't say fitness because she anticipates amazingly. I'd rather say she needs to work on her serve. Even though she can score some huge aces, it is very unstable and shaky. She wasn't able to land first serves in at important points.
I like Ons but congratulation
Go get em Collins!
Ah was really hoping Ons would have been another dark horse and kinda wanted her to face Swiatek in the final. Good strides though
Collins is more my type of player with her gut and fierce type of play. If somebody can win from Kenin then it is Collins. I am already 2 years fan of Collins since she convinced me @ Australian open when she reached semi final. WOW Collins never disappoints. Congratulations and wish you all the best Collins. Greetings from Holland.
JABEURRRRRR THE GREATEST
Really??? Keep dreaming!
Muhammad Ali is the greatest.
DC in the house!!!!
Jabeur has to work on quite a few things, but the talent is definitely there... Collins is alright but I don´t like her attitude at all. Let´s see what comes next.
I don’t love Collins’ behavior, but her game is undeniable and I’ll always give credit there, well done Danielle 👏
so sad for Jabeur.... she deserves a GS quarter final when she plays like this, its just a shame that doesnt perform this level of tennis more often... but maybe she will, i mean when i started to pay attention on her, she was hardly in top 100 but now i think shes in top 50
Go Danielle! Love her

Ms. Jabeur in the habit of hitting unforced short balls, lost to a player who knows how to take advantage of them. Ms. Jabeur won’t win a thing until she consistently drives the ball deep.
No Name I agree
The onslaught of American Women has been impressive. In the US Open it was Brady and now it is Collins.
With no winners. That's an onslaught in your book. Mine have winners with the trophy.
Keep it going Danielle!
Congratulations Collins!
The American with the win!!!!
What, the presidency.😂🤣😃😄😅😆😆😏😋🤔
Go Danielle!
I kinda like Collins, her on court behaviour is at times suspect, but she seems very nice and full of candor off of it.
I hate Collins attitude though but she has a lot of fire power
Collins' attitude is typical of that a college athlete. It's all noise, a lot of cheering and a lot support.
jp man you didn’t watch the match that’s for sure then
@@redennah1467 Collins' matches are the same. She screams and says, "C'mon!"
When Collins is on, nobody stops her
There are breaks for her. A lefty will win the French open champion men and women in 2020.
collins is pretty
I don't know why the Editors assume we know these players. It took almost the whole highlites to figure out who was who once again, except this time Collins cursed in English.
You can tell who's who by looking at the score board. Theres always an indicator next to the name of the person serving. In this case theres a slash (/) next to the servers name. The video started off with a slash next to Danielle Collins because she was serving.
Congratulations Collins!!
Collins mi favorita👀🍌👍
A lefty will win the French open championship men and women in 2020.
Queen Danielle Rose!
Go Danielle!!
What kind of highlights is this?! 🤦♀️
French highlight 😂
jabeur hits 42 winners 30 unforced errors and still lose the match compare to collins 25 winners 29 unforced errors
Can someone tell me why this match was not played yesterday as scheduled? Now Danielle will have to win three matches in three days just to get to the final. It is completely unfair.
Because it rained yesterday so the match was today
rained out, too late to play on Chatrier. She'll probably play a late night quarters which gives her more recovery time. Not a big deal.
Yeah, this was a tough 3 setter and unlike the other seven women, she won't have much time to recover.
Completely unfair, somebody died.
Jabeur the Hut needs to lay off the donuts.
You too and maybe me. She structured to have weight, plus athletes must eat!😏😋🤔 you wouldn't know.!
Love these two Danielle and Ons. Too bad Collins lost to Kenin. I take a dislike to Kenin.
Great Arabian !..,Other chance .
0:47 death glare
3 seeds left…
Just another WTA tournament.
Purple Coffin Man true LOL
if Podoroska or Trevisan win this thing I’ll lose it
@@OblivionCST if only they were in different halves of the draw, then we could see an all-qualifier final.
Purple Coffin Man now 2 seeds lmaooooo svitolina lost
@@OblivionCST podoroska has been very good for the past few months, but trevisan came out of nowhere
the hell with her attitude

Danielle Collins is 😍
For someone who’s game suits hard courts, Collins is playing very well. If she can get past Kenin, she has a good chance of taking home the title!🏆
she can t get past kenin no way lol
I am a big fan of American players, but I know Collin can not beat Kenin for sure
The conditions are very heavy this year, which suits a player who can generate power and hit through the court, i think.
Julian Thai I mean kenin trails Collins 0-3 in their h2h so the statistics state otherwise
Don't forget Kvitová/Svitolina...
Longer highlights! Ridiculous Roland Garros do better.
Collins put together enough power and ball placement without errors... am surprised she won on clay as it is not her native surface, but she slid well into those drop shots at the net... her self-motivation shouting is too much for me to watch... her rep needs a fix after getting booted from WTT in the summer... still haven't heard why she broke the tourny covid protocol...
Collins left the tournament grounds to get her arthritis medication.
I really want to root for Collins but it's so hard, very unlikeable for some reason. Also Jabeur plays like Conchita Martinez.
It's that dam screaming!🤔
@@davidgivins4203 Yeah just her overall attitude and constant angry face as well?
No matter how good she is, Collins isn't going to win any fans with her attitude.
She has rheumatoid arthritis, I give her LOTS of credit. Go Danielle! She's confident, what's wrong with that. You need to be at this level.
Lol, only matter with you, so you can support Sharapova for a decade but can not accept true young talent American.? And FYI, Collins is so calm now in comparison with her before
Nothing wrong with a feisty, determined attitude
@@karenv8351 You can be confident and keep yourself psyched up but you also don't have to be a bitch about it.
@@brainfulify Where did you see she is bitchy, she didn't shout out at her opponent at least, her attitude is better than other players for sure
nice mutual respect at racket tap.
diane lane quits hollywood and play tennis
Ons choked or match was hers for real
Not a fan of players doin extra!!!! 😒
I just hate her! Sorry it is very personal but Collins is a "not nice" player, so close to be eliminated! I feel for Ons! so close
No offense, but that big girl need improve her movement, Collin’s ball is so slow but she can not chase it. I have to change my channel after 4 double faults from Collins, and when I came back, she won lol
Lol @ the big girl
Collins played very well, but those random shrieks here and there are so loud, what’s that all about?
Maybe it's the cranky baby in her.😣😥😂🤣😃😄😅😉😏😋🤔. I hate it too!
You have to beat it out of her. 60,61🤔
Wha the heck. Don’t tell me Collins actually has a chance at winning now...
fking hate Collins right? such a poor sport that woman.
I hate her attitude, but the girl knows how to smack a ball really hard lol
A lefty will win the French open champion men and women in 2020.
I don't know why people are complaining about collin's attitude, i see nothing wrong with her attitude...
Collins should’ve been pulled up on her screaming especially when she did it to intentionally put off Jabeur. Not cool.
Your a sore loser.
I like her but screaming sucks. A lefty will win the French open champion men and women in 2020.
David Givins I reckon Shwartzman will give Nadal a good run. Djokers been cruising. Not too keen on him winning but he’s looking strong,
So she will meet kenin. I’m going to count how many c’mons that match is going to have. At least a hundred I predict.
Then I recommend to watch without the sound...
Bad attitude coach vibes
One needs to lose 10 lbs to be a better player. Just be honest and no offensive.
What about the fitter players she beat and the ones who lost before her. 🤔🤔😣😥 if she loss ten and don't win the title then what.? How much do you need to lose. She did earn about 200 thousand and you.🤔😣😥😊
Ons what did u do? 😭😭 This tournament is getting worse and worse
Fantastic 😍💋 💝💖♥️❤️
collins is irritatingly loud on court
maybe but at least her game and style is refreshing
