Well….Amy Webb is now one of my favorite thought leaders. So well done and presented. I had to watch this in 10 minute chunks because I needed to digest what she was saying it was so profound.

Tema interessante e sucinto. Aqui no Brasil, temos acesso a maioria das IAs, mas ainda não se repercutiu a influência e consequência desses avanços.

This is top-notch content. I read a similar book that was absolutely eye-opening. "AWS Unleashed: Mastering Amazon Web Services for Software Engineers" by Harrison Quill

Research around cloning is allowed, but commercially cloning humans isn't. Equally research about AI should be fine, but commercialising AI should come with a lot of regulation and certification.

Good info overall. However, her example of bias was terrible. CEOs are a very specific, driven, and somewhat self selected group. It is a fact that Most are men. I’m betting if you ask for a photo of a brick mason, plumber, or electrician it would also likely show a man. If you ask for a teacher, nurse, or other female dominated roles it would show a woman.
Or you could simply be specific and ask for a photo of a female CEO. The answer is only as good as your prompt.

I would like to know how the video chats (including things such as "cats running in the background" etc) have been used for data mining? And what products have been trained on that? Sounds like a lot of hyperbole at points, just pointing out different things that are happening, and throwing in our children and privacy, without giving any evidence of the claims. Also, its called chatGPT not chat GPD (29:34)

    Intro: I don’t make predictions
Rest of the talk: wild black and white predictions
    -----
Great research and insights but hilariously horrible predictions. If I can’t do something as simple as easily watch any episodes of friends in 5 years I’ll eat my hat 🤦‍♂️

Seeking out bias, is more irritating.
Put female infront of CEO, and you will get female CEOS out of midjrny.
Bias is a massive concern for sure, but mislabeling things as bias due to a lack of skill in prompting, is worse.

You don't understand bias. Make sure you get some training about it in your workplace.
