Interesting tactics and very analytical. I paused and read everything. My advice for online dating is just watch as many youtubers as you can, and eventually you'll like somebody with not enough subscribers to be famous enough to ignore your messages, and they might like you back. It's basically what happened to me. I never relied on dating sites.
I'm glad Amy found her match and happiness, she seems just like she described herself - smart and interesting.

It's important to know what one wants as well as what one brings to the table. Great TED Talk!

I'm a software engineer and I did some controversial research into this sort of stuff. I wrote a program which datamined okcupid and also used census data and worked out statistics on the major cities around Australia. What I found as a summary was that Melbourne was the best city for a single guy with 70% male and 30% female on okcupid. Sydney came in a near second with 75% male 25% female, followed by Brisbane third at 80% male, 20% female. Over 55% of females on online dating declare themselves as overweight while men only declare 5-10% as overweight. In Melbourne, only 45% of females declare themselves as overweight on okcupid. Melbourne has a higher rate of people "getting together" compared to other cities verse the population size. After relocating to Melbourne, I got my first date on the second day of arrival, yet I had been waiting a whole year in other cities.. To be honest, If a women cannot find a man on online dating, she is just too picky. The men outnumber the women like 3 to 1 on online dating.

So, the brilliant revelation: Switch out her unflattering photos for good photos, put some actual effort into writing a bio, and only go out with guys that have the qualities that she likes.

She forgot to score how sloppy the top is. That's worth at least 100 points alone.

I've heard Ms. Webb's TED talk. She tells her audience about everything she wants from a man. Nowhere within her 17-minute diatribe does she mention anything about what she is willing to give. A very wise person once imparted, "Love is not about finding the right person, it's about being the right person." To put it more crudely, love is about giving a damn. But it's about giving a damn about someone other than yourself.

The points about few words, general statements, simplicity, and optimistic language are similar to the points Scott Adams makes about how Donald Trump is an excellent communicator.

I feel sorry for that guy. He was part of a Frankendate experiment and now she is stuck with this crazy calculating woman. She probably calculates if helping a blind person cross the street is worth her time. Cold!
