Hi Doctor I think I may have osteoporosis because I have deficiency of vit d 1 month back I took suppliments for it still I feel pain in my lower back also I have IT as my profession due to which I need to sit whole day what should I do I m very scared because I m just 25 what will happen in future please suggest or recommend something
