He made the choice to begin training as Robin before tragedy got to him. And when his mother died, he never lost sight of the real meaning of being a hero. I love red hood and I honestly think he is one of the best antiheroes in DC. Without Jason’s death, we wouldn’t have the Batman we have today. Plus Jason standalone stories are pretty wild. His newest one is probably the most wholesome

Also, Jason is a genius yet people act like he’s the “dumb one.” You think just any kid could do what he’s able to physically and mentally do? He can do as 19 year old more than most people twice his age are capable of. Yet DC keeps shoving a narrative of Jason being incompetent to boost up the “good” Robins. Only recently has DC come to realize how popular Jason Todd is, but they still don’t realize why he’s so beloved by fans so inevitably they just put him in more stuff but keep giving him bad writers.
My order of the robins to best to worst is Richard, Tim, Damian, Jason and Stephanie but my favorite is Red Hood, Nightwing, Damian, Red Robin and Spoiler
I honestly like Carrie Kelley a whole lot. If I'm not wrong Batman says during the Dark Knight that Carrie was a better Robin than Grayson and Todd ever were. I don't recall if he was talking about the spirit of hero or about skills, but since I love her so much I'm just happy that inside comics she has some 'standing out' from the others

Redhoods story line is top tier he went from being batman's sidekick to being killed by joker and coming back as a better character and amalgamation of Joker and Batman fighting crime but willing to kill, just cuz he can. Batman's gear tech and tactics under jokers original persona. It's perfect
@@Nothing72342not really he was a vigilante, the only difference between him and Batman is he admits he has and will kill, while batman constantly changes his stance on it depending on the story arc. Yeah redhood was ruthless about it but he was still goin after villains not just out there robbing banks or Killin civilians. And if we're being honest it's alot more effective than batman's method of chase the villian around the city causing mass amounts of damage and probably death to civilians in the way and then he locks them up in the world's shittiest prison for them to escape 2 issues later. While redhood terminates the threat on site he doesn't give them a chance to come back.

Personally I had a few problems with this story, just like I do when there are stories about "previous" incarnations of heroes, (mostly, I'm cool with the previous Ghost Riders,) but there was a story when a young Bruce Wayne took up the Robin Mantel to work with and learn from Private Detective Harvey Harris. Tim became my favorite Robin thanks to the Batman: Arkham games. I wish they showed him more outside of comics.
Tim is really cool in the games. It's just a really strange, distracting choice that they made him the one who hits it off with Barbara at the end.
