I'd have included when he beats up Zod in Injustice after Zod kills Robin. Decked out an a mech suit, and spraying Zod with kryptonite fear gas, Batman says, "You killed one of my boys. You should be afraid of me. Because I'm going to f*ck you up!"

Uh... what about the time when Batman, WELL beyond his prime beat down Superman in a street brawl 1v1 in The Dark Knight Returns? He said one of his most iconic lines, "I want you to remember, Clark in all the years to come, in your most private moments, I want you to remember my hands at your throat... I want you to remember the one man who beat you."
When he told the mutant that he's a surgeon and the battle field was his operating table. Then he proceeds to brake each one of the mutant leaders libs.

What I've always found interesting regarding Batman and the various Lantern corps is that he's actually incompatible with all of them.
Uses fear too much for Green
Has far too much willpower for Yellow
Too philanthropic as Bruce Wayne for Orange
Too controlled for Red
Too cynical for Blue
Too brutal for Indigo
Too much anger in his heart for Violet
So you’re saying he would be a great White Lantern? He has wielded that power ring before in Brightest Days when he was given it by Deadman because he thought Batman was the champion of Earth, and while the ring determined that Batman was a worthy candidate since he was able to sustain its power and might, it also determined that the burden of the ring shouldn’t fall on his shoulders alone, leading Deadman back on his search for the true champion of the ring. Of course he can’t be a Black Lantern because you have to be dead to be a Black Lantern.

In an issue of Grant Morrison's JLA storyline "Rock of Ages," we get an ongoing commentary from the Black Racer, the New God of death, as he comes to bring his singular gift to a post-Apokolips future Earth. As he brings death to the future Justice League members one by one, the Black Racer comments on what they do when they see him, death, coming for him.
As the Black Racer comes for Batman, he says "this one sees me and smiles."
For me, it's the moment when Batman managed to fight the infection of the Joker Toxin in the last issue of The Batman Who Laughs, is the most badass moment ever. Bruce still managed to gain control of himself despite that his body was getting infected by the Joker Toxin.

Shooting somebody doesn't make you a badass.
That was not great example of writing from DC - only getting out of the situation by throwing one of the fundamental points of the character out the window.

I've always thought of Bruce's personality as a state of arrested development as gifted preteen edgelord. So as good at his job as he is, his internal monologues will still sound and resonate with the goth kid in all of us.

I had that issue where he knocks out Guy and it truly was superb to see the separation of a man with the power to literally tear cosmos apart running his mouth making empty threats and an average human not saying a single word, silencing him in the most acute way, and walking off. Never uttering a peep. As a child that taught me that your actions will ALWAYS speak louder than your words.

The thing that's actually kind of awesome about Batman's scheme of throwing Lois off a building, is that it actually comes from Batman's unshakable faith in Superman - he absolutely, unequiocally believes in the goodness and strength of character of Superman, and bets on it here. There's another story where Batman creates a bat suit so powerful he can actually influence the minds of those around him with it, and he uses it to convince the Justice League to believe Superman can and absolutely will escape a seemingly inescapable dimensional prison to save the day - which Sups absolutely does.
The video before this had batmans justice buster in it, as I got in to this one, the first ad was a statute of the justice buster
I actually like Jean-Paul Valley's tenure as Batman. I think that Wolverine-inspired costume belongs on this list.

when he fights the leader of the mutants in the dark knight returns. batman knows that he’s not as fast or strong as him, so he fights him in a mud pit where they’re both forced to be the same speed, plus the operating table line is cold as hell

I'd recommend starting with Batman: Year One, Long Halloween and Court of Owls. After that you could read Grant Morrison's amazing run but it does require good knowledge of Batman/DC Lore. There's also Tom Kings run which I enjoyed.

Batman Scares a Yellow Lantern Ring.
In the Smallville Season 11 comics, one storyline sees Yellow Lantern Rings start choosing people to harvest fear. One of them finds the Dark Knight and prepares to make him its user, but Batman tells the ring to "take a good look."
The ring quietly says, "Harvesting protocols paused." Batman simply says, "That's more like it."
That's definitely just a few!
Wait, so the start of the Justice League cartoon was actually modeled off a comic story? That's so great! I mean, I knew 'The Man Who Has Everything' was based on the comic story, but I wasn't aware the White Martian story was from the books too. Ah, I adore that show. I really, really do.

I remember reading Batman #420 back in the late '80s & being absolutely terrified at Batman's solution for beating the KGBeast! Straight Edgar Allan Poe-sque level of "DAMN"!!!!!
