Great video! How do I add my strength activities (push ups, pull ups, squats, etc.) in forerunner55?
If it's not built in the only other thing you can use is the ''other'' mode that you could rename ''strength''.
I have added "other" to my activity list. How do I rename it to strength?@@HowToPM

Yes. The menu should be about the same on the forerunner : ruclips.net/video/ujKNf5FNz_w/видео.html
During an activity, the backlight turns on when you raise your arm to look at the watch
Can i rename an activity? Like I want to change run to trail run?
You can't. If it does not have a built in ''trail run'' you should be able to create one with ''other''.
Does it have Badminton?
Don't know by heart, it change from a watch to an other. But the FR55 doesn't have much sport available.
No multisport feature for triathletes?
I'm not 100% sure but I think that it's not possible on this watch. You need a bigger version to do it. It's a very good watch, but also a very basic one.
No strength training
It's not available on all watch it seam. Maybee they add it since then.
But you can still use the ''other'' activity and create your own ''strength'' training.
