That's the fancy way cuz back in the day we made ghetto version that was extra crispy with green scallion and salt fish only. This method has Trini vibez.

You should have burn the Curry n the garlic together then add them to the batter. Using milk is different for me its a NO!! i will rather try a vegetable broth to mix the batter, No water.. Anyways its an ok recipe. Blessings 🇯🇲
