BBR, as a welder/pipefitter/fabricator for over 20 years, I always teach young folk to listen to their equipment. Don’t run it as hard as you can all the time. Don’t run it into a bind and tear it up. It is the same for a $50 grinder, a$1500 or more welder, any of it. A welding machine has a “duty cycle “ which is the amount of time at a particular setting that is optimal for use. So I totally feel you on this. I have always backed out of the throttle on my saws and “feel” what they’re telling me. They talk to you and you can understand what it’s saying. 😉. I’m still breaking in my 585 and it’s an absolute pleasure to run. Thank you for all the wonderful information that you’re sharing with us. Much love to you and all the folks on here from down in North Carolina. Everyone, be careful out there 😉🤙
Slicing and dicing big wood here in Montana makes me so happy, in fact after a day of making huge cords of firewood I feel incredibly happy. So good to see you healing up well and back at it Buckin’
Man I have been meaning to tell ya. This intro music is phenomenal . I never get tired of it. Your percussion is spot on , minimal but powerful . From a lifelong drummer , hats off to ya . you NAILED it.
Today I had an idiot in the merge lane waiting to the last minute to get over and I let that idiot in. Because I've been that idiot more times than I can count.✊🏻
What an absolute blast to watch this. Learning lessons of keeping off the heavy throttle with the saw through the knots= good info and let the saw idle at the end. Love the pace and intensity of this vid and the message that you send along with it all.
Yup since i see your videos i start doing some good things like you do and last year i cut some big wood with my 372 and man it did well. That day it so hot and some guys came to me saying: you gona burn your saw. I did this trik with the trhotle and it went smooth. Thank you for this lessons.
You are the first woodcutter I ever saw talking about tuning the two stroke. It is sounding great. And, a good sounding engine is an awesome thing to learn about. Thank you today!!
Always a joy watching you Buckin. Thank you for the endless information on logging and powersaws. Ive been watching you for a many years now and enjoy every bit of it. I myself have a Mcculloch Pro Mac 10-10, a 6-10, and a Homelite Super XL. Thanks for teaching filing and axmanship. Thanks for the kind moral to all the viewers. As a drummer myself, Rock On Buckin!
Ive learned a lot by your videos, im just a home body 75 years old with an cheap poulan, I pay tree people like yourself to come in and get the Dam tree down and I cut it up, thank you so much, I learned how to finally sharpen my chain instead of throwing them out, God Bless you and family
"123cc's of love" 😂 that's how I'm going to describe you from now on. "How can you sit and watch a guy cut firewood?" "You don't understand..he's 123cc's of love"
I don't understand much of what you say, but I do understand an uplifting message. There is not enough of that in the world. Please take care and be careful.
Orwsome billy love your app brother, great advice to, I have come across many big pine, yip stay out of the dirt and stay cutting the log. The shaving,s makes good fire starters 🔥very inflamable, big rounds into cheese block,s makes easy on the 25 ton splitter 😮 prime stuff. Billy keep those apps going for me your given me premo ideas 💡. Stvsoffcuts firewood shop nz.
Great video and great advice, thank you. Let the machine work, you are so right. When I was young I had to force myself to remember to breathe while cutting lol
What a buck-Fest, I'm still sitting here with a big grin on my face ☺️🌲❤️ Great contribution to the campaign to Stop Power Saw Abuse, Sir ✊🏻😄 I'm looking forward to seeing the 125 back in action again ☺️
BBRS, I let someone in today and it felt pretty darn good. Some will even wave. Thanks for reminding me to chill out. You are making a positive difference, one little thing at a time. ….but if I’m trying to get in and they won’t let me I guess I can tell them to go buck themselves!
50 yrs ago I rode my buds 125cc Yamaha MX bike. Going uphill & hitting the hi RPM powerband, I flew over the top and came down on the other side. 125cc can do a lot!
Part 2 was as good as I expected that’s a major project to buck up that one tree that size ! I was always told when you have tight muffler bolts to leave them alone Do you every have a problem Buckin with either muffler bolts coming loose or getting them to tight and stripping the holes from changing mufflers often ? I can’t imagine trying to split that tree up once it’s blocked . Great video!
must write hear about blowing up saws.many saw users can not tune the saw right and running them too lean.ofcourse its going to blow if running hard and its lean .
When you get down to the last grind on a chain should you be cautious of teeth breaking off, and flying around? That's what I've heard but never seen it happen.
I need help with an old saw. I have a old Husqvarna L 65 saw that I bought from a garage sale for $10. It doesn’t have a ton of compression but after a rebuilt carb and a new plug I can’t get it to stay running. It will start if I put a squirt of fuel directly into the carb, but once that fuel runs out, it won’t continue to pull from the gas tank. The gas line is good. The filter is good and right now I have the high and low jet just set to 1.25 turns out. Could the compression just be too low and that’s why it’s not pulling any fuel?
Hey buckin wanted to stop in and say hi like what you do quick question are you gonna have any of your axes for sale I’m looking for a good axe or could you recommend me a good axe builder Thanks
Buckin I haven't watched you for a bit but I'm a Subscriber , Noticed you were talking about your shoulders ,I have a lot of rotorcuff problems , From a life of Splitting Wood by hand and the Construction Business . Going to see a specialist soon .My Question is did you have surgery , and how are the results ? I've had the Pain and lack of sleep and mobility for 3 years now .In My 70s now .
Will be praying for your shoulder situation and a better quality of life. Mine is in my back and I am also in my seventies and I know to well the sleepless nights. 🙏♥️
Best thing I ever did for my shoulders was to get some of those stretchy bands and learn the exercises that target the specific muscles that control movement of my shoulder. Flexibility and strength is the only way

It’s a catchy hook.

Keep building the brand Buckin’. ☀️💪🏼🥩

Always refreshing to hear your commentary, Buckin'. Many thanks. 🤠
The interjections is what makes it a Buckin' video. Don't try to change for an algorithm, man.
Today I had an idiot in the merge lane waiting to the last minute to get over and I let that idiot in. Because I've been that idiot more times than I can count.✊🏻

No I don’t. I retighten after I warm it up
Hogging into the wood
That is just a monster tree but like you have said many times a sharp chain is the key to success. This would be a test for any saw and chain. ♥️👍
True that 🙂👍
Buckin! Stop appologizing for your intejections. Its all part of your channel and the BBR experience.
The Man!
Look at all that Man Glitter 🤣😂
Buckin' spills a little gas when he transfers it from one can to another. So he IS human!?
That's an absolute great power saw and I agree it's not race let yer saw breath
Buckin interject anytime
Big wood!!!
123cc of wood rippin mayhem.....lol ❤
That's a cutting chain. People may laf but they are fast
I hope fellow saw users take notice and don't jerk the saws through the logs, see it all the time ! That's one big mama you been cutting up.
That’s a pile of shredded Mozzarella you scooped up
must write hear about blowing up saws.many saw users can not tune the saw right and running them too lean.ofcourse its going to blow if running hard and its lean .
be kind
I know you got a 3120XP hiding somewhere, I think you got in a trade with bear claw. Need to see you put a pipe on it.
Thinking ahead, would this be a good project for the log splitter, or are those rounds too big for it?
Just curious 🤔
When you get down to the last grind on a chain should you be cautious of teeth breaking off, and flying around? That's what I've heard but never seen it happen.
Huge Twisted sugar maple whit 4 1/2 pounds tassie...mmmmno good..needed more weight..
