I own 2 laundromats in low income areas. I work about 25 hours a week and gross about 240K a year. whilst working with an advisor like Julianne Iwersen Niemann. I used to work in Sears repairs,, so I saved money by fixing my own machines. Believe it or not, the soap detergent vending machines bring in a good amount as well. Trust me starting and maintaining a profitable business starts with properly managing your finance.
Laundromats are easy to operate...I know this lady you mentioned. I bought a laundromat from a friend many years ago who retired overseas. Repairs are costly. Try to at least learn the basics. I have bill acceptor machines to exchange for tokens, much better than counting and hauling quarters . My locations are near low income housing and apartments, which are very good for business.
I owned 3 laundromats in SF. The biggest 3 issues? The Lease, the lease and the lease. Got screwed by two owners that didn't renew the lease. If you own the building, different story. Probably, it will not be bad to work with your advisor
Thank you for sharing, I must say, Julianne appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her web page, I went through her resume and it was quite impressive.
Well, I’m not a professional concrete man. I’ve done Concrete off and on for 30 years and never once I ever added ice to Concrete because it causes it to honeycomb and then you have a faulty product.
@@Williamsparky I'm a ready mix driver. Ice is in fact a thing. Ready mix plants have freezers like you see at 7-11 or Buc-ee's. When the customer requests ice to help keep the load cool we'll take out 10 or 20 bags, open them, and dump them into the mixer. This doesn't happen that often. I live in Texas where it's usually scorching hot in the summer. This summer we only had a couple requests for ice. We have a supplier who shows up with a refrigerated truck and delivers however many bags of ice we need. So yes, you could be a supplier to the various plants in your area but most of us aren't prepared to be an ice supplier. It's not like you'd get a call from a plant who says "bring me 1000 bags of ice for this job I have." Again, there are refrigerated ice boxes on site and companies/plants will keep them stocked for several months until someone requests ice.
I've made a good living the past 8 years with a window cleaning and power washing business. You can't charge $300 or $350 for a job that takes an hour.........unless you are a 100+ feet in the air.
Yeah, all his stock video footage is of cleaning inside window. What about costs of Ladders and scaffolding to hang outside a building to get to those exterior windows
Due to my visual impairment at this point, I have a side hustle in vending machines both snack and drink some months I take home $35,000 a month. My slowest month is 22,000 do the math you’ll find out that that’s between 250,000 and $400,000 a year And profit if you want the actual numbers 117 machines between 4000 and $6000 and an average monthly expense of $9400 for product another $1400 a month and Cellular base credit card services another 4000 a month for one man to drive Help with maintenance on the machines and restocking another $1500 a month in fuel for the van and that’s all extracted before the previous numbers I’ve gave you for 22,000 35,000 a month take home. I work three days a week every week out of the Month and average a 12 days a month of work averaging 10 hours a day and that’s kind of take-home pay. I’ve got there is money to be made out there. I just am not seeing it and the side hustles.
I don’t know the exact supplies needed but feel free to reach out to James he’s a chimney sweeper that is thinking about offering coaching to get started. He could probably give you a rough overview for free: supersweepschimney@gmail.com
Wow I have been building houses in central Georgia for 30 years and I have never seen on a concrete pour and I am certain I will never so try this business and that butt off my friends
You will have to also have a business license a contractors license pay taxes insurance, marketing, etc. This guy sounds like someone that's done time and is about to.
Hi man, yah I do coaching for tradesmen business owners. Here’s a link if you want to purchase a coaching session or package: buildupuniversity.com/pricing-packages/
Coach a handyman? LOL are you kidding me, its eitehr you have it you know it or you don't. A coach is not gonna do a damn thing. Especially a college dude that's in front of a keyboard all day LOL. Typical americans ask a college dude to help become a handyman LOL
Window cleaning business does not work like that. I didn’t have a single customer who wants to clean their windows monthly. Unless it’s cheap commercial job.
I'm in a fancy part of Cali & Nobody would pay $350 to have their windows cleaned, unless it was a mansion & that would definitely take at least 4 hours. And no one does their windows once per month! Did you write this script?! Do you really think people are going to pay $350 per hour for unskilled labor?
The window cleaning on an upscale home for $350 only takes an hour with no help and you’re going to make $200,000? Obviously there will plenty of cleaning supplies needed and you will most definitely need help to the jobs and some of these windows are at a dangerous height hard to get people to get up and do those jobs so I’m going to say if you made $100,000 using his number of houses you would be kicking ass!!
No one is doing 6 window cleaning jobs per day! Hahaha! Maybe 2 houses per day and no one gets their windows cleaned every month!! People clean their windows maybe twice per year these days! People used to clean their windows every month maybe 20 years ago!!!!
Chimney sweeping should only be done by a certified professional, who has proper soot mitigation insurance and is properly licensed and insured. It is a job that has very high liability to it and you can kill somebody if you don’t know what you’re doing. The fact is if you were the last to touch it and something bad happens you are 100% liable. You own it if you miss something during an inspection and something bad happens. Carbon monoxide is a silent killer. If you do not understand, venting and chimney physics you should not touch a chimney.
Find me that many chimneys 😂. That’s great idea and a good example but there no completion because there’s not a lot of work in that. I could have the website built for $300. This is not a helpful video this is a scam.

Well it gives me more time to get ahead while they stew in their own pity and doubts as they childishly complain about those spreading the word
Great, but I challenge you to find 1 sole propietor chimney sweep in the country that cleans 8 chimneys a day.
Haha true. But if they sent out a little direct mail or knew how to get on the top of the google maps section it would definitely be achievable.
Work harder lol
Chimney sweeping should be a business that an added service to another home service business. It could be an add on not the main service offered
It's an idea hater. I challenge u to stop working for someone else fool. Smh

Brother, I owned a window cleaning business. I would say that it takes 3-4 hours per home for the exterior.
1. Chimney sweeper
2. Window cleaner
3. Concrete ice

The concrete ice job is not true. Florida never use this. And yes I'm right my brother in law does concrete
What type of container would you need to haul ice in a van?
Where do you dump the remnants from the chimney? If you don't know it's toxic creosote.
That’s actually a great way to sell website. $1000 for 16min video plus YT income.
What kind of ice machine is needed .. one that makes ice cubes?
Can you provide a list of the equipment you need.
Can you investigate how to do aircraft detail business?
Ice In Northeeast Concrete pour ???
Maybe south and west
Grew up in Western NY in the snowbelt; never cleaned our chimney
Lawn care is golden
Can you do this with a Rental - Uhaul Truck Rental? Budget Truck Rental?
Of course. Or turo
Wouldn’t the concrete companies also have someone that is within their company preparing ice for each job
Side hustle....$300K? I have some swampland to sell to you....really good deal. I promise you can make millions $$$$
