My Grandparents had a grapefruit tree. They lived in Tampa and did a lot of fishing. They buried the heads and guts under that tree. One morning I was served a half of one for breakfast. It tasted just like fish. Nobody could eat it because it was gross.

This year the carrots grew to a weird size It took the dog 3 plus days to chew on ,as a doggie bone 6 inches in diameter on top and 2-3 feet long . Go figure .!!

I made a comment above but I'll say it again. My Grandparents lived in Tampa and had a grapefruit tree. They liked to fish and used to bury the heads and guts under that tree.
