I think the coolest part is UnknownWorlds came to you, you didn't just make it because you could...
I think its because they saw one of their videos and thought to ask for a commission or smth, i might say theyre very open to people
The fact that it weights 20kg makes me realize how much effort artists like you put into each piece. I especially love how you used cotton and resin to make and ice-like appearance for the area underwater, as well as using UV resin and tin foil for the ice pillars and used polyurethane thread for the drool/flying water. Overall, I'm officially gonna be watching this more!

That is the most relatable thing I have heard in a while.
I do the same, even though I know it's really unhealthy and it probably makes me less productive. One time I got so hungry that I felt like I wanted to throw up. That stopped me from working completely for hours and I learned me lesson there. I still do delay my meals but I make sure I don't go too hungry
It's a legitimate problem that a lot of people experience. Getting so focused that eating becomes a side thought. It's really hard to overcome when you feel like any break or distraction will break the flow of work and progress.
as a person who has been diagnosed with ADHD, i am told that the reason i do this is called "hyperfixation" you become so focused on something that everything, including personal needs, falls to the background, you might want to discuss it with your doctor :))

@Bremton Tarramt It’s not a real word, it’s a joke definition. I just stuck “-philia” on the end of “thalassophobia” because I love the feeling of being scared by sea creatures. The word “thalassophobia” is pretty common in youtube video titles for stuff like this (and is in the title of this video). I just learned it by searching for “sea monster” videos.
I just imagine this guy decorates his house with all these things he makes, and when people come over, they’re either really impressed or really confused.
I'd say that they'd be really "impfused" or "conpressed" :)

This is genuinely my favorite artist I’ve ever seen. And the fact that he was approached by the developers only proves how much talent and skill he has. Subnautica is one of my favorite games too, so I am so happy that he was able to pull off such a massive feat

The one leviathan I really want to see is the Shadow Leviathan. It would be so cool with the crystal cave in background and maybe with Robin in her PRAWN with a drill arm mining kyanite. I know I'm asking for too much but it would be really cool.

Try plastic model kits
1) can get quite expensive
2) you'll need a second desk specifically for this stuff since its going to be covered forever
3) you will curse, a lot
4) you will, at one point, inevitably glue your fingers together with superglue
5) when gluing, it will not stick to the point where it has to go. It will stick to anywere and anything else.
6) you will buy one small jar of paint, to be used once and never again. This will happen multiple times.
7) in case of plastic kits, you will use too much glue and dissolve half if the model, instead of gluing two parts together.
8) did i mention cursing because something wont stick? Or because your fingers are glued together?
9) have a LOT of patience
10) if you complete a build succesfully, (if, not when) it will be very satisfying.
Foam sculpting get some cheap foam and a knife
