    Hey, you should have said, “Short but sweet video!!” Thanks for the link to the shade tarp. I spent much of last winter in Quartzite area and worked on using a tarp for shade, and it was a pain with magnets and polls and stuff….This looks like a great compromise. I can use the rare earth magnets on the van sides and put polls out there, and easy on and easy off for driving around. This looks like a much better solution than I was able to come up with for tarps….

      I had to buy two of them and double them up to actually get a really good blocking of the sun. If the sun is hitting it directly, it lets quite a bit of sun through with only one layer.

    • @BillWalker3rd
      @BillWalker3rd Месяц назад +1

      @@JohnSmith-gq9gn I remember when nurseries 1st started using the “landscaper’s material” way back in the 70’s…that also still let a lot of light and heat thru. I really appreciate your headzup so I can think about that. Thanks!

      @@BillWalker3rd Don't get me wrong, 1 definitely shades the sun but I wanted almost complete blockage, so it took two.

    We use the personal neck fans that are adjustable while camping. It's great to help keep the bugs away from your face also.
    We loved seeing the Bully Rake still getting a workout in the last video with the ground plant control. 😊 Best rake on the market!

    Here in way too sunny southwest Florida I built trellises and framed overhead cover. Skeletons for the passion fruit vines. They are excellent shade now a year and a half later and they give lots of sweet fruit. Passion fruit might not work for you there but certain types of grapes might be used to give living cover. And food.

    If you need cold water without electricity, and this would be a good RUclips short for you to make Brian, take a water bottle that's full of water and put it in a sock, then soak the sock. Tie the end of the water bottle and sock to some paracord, and then spin the water bottle as hard and as fast as you can for 3-5 minutes. This will drastically reduce the temperature of the water inside of the bottle.

    Brian, my house will be 800 square ft. The the Sun will rise on the East side and set on the West.
    West is shielded by a carport and sun shades.
    East is open to full morning Sun.
    Should I build an awning on the East side in Prescott Valley to help reduce heat?

    Hey ease into exercises every morning that activates your body with light weights and repetitions, you probly already do that
    Lookin good bro. If you need some kratom for pain and recovery let me know. I fell off a mountain in Utah in 2012 and messed up my left knee, hip and back and spent 2 months in bed, and struggled till I found kratom and it made it all calm down and almost go away. I take it when I need it. It's on me bro. It's been tested for strength and heavy metals and it's tested really good . Do your due diligence and lemme know, peace out.

    • @ridgerunner9072
      @ridgerunner9072 Месяц назад

      It's 100% natural and would be nice to have it around when you really need it.
      A level teaspoonful in water or juice offers the best absorbtion, it tastes bad but I chase it with water. Sometimes I take it everyday when I need it, sometimes I go long periods not needing it, it's not addictive IMHO. it helps me lead a full more productive life. In 25 minutes after drinking it, it's a miracle.
      I am a busy 67 years old...
      I am connected with a big importer in Houston who I accidentally met and he told me about it, I was so needing it. I did my research and got it, his stuff tests always potent and clean. It's the dried crushed leaf of a tree in the coffee family. Onward!!!

      Cold pressed organic castor oil used topically is phenomenal for nagging pain. I rub it on me knee, back, and elbows, and it quits hurting, I rub it in under my eyes.
      wrinkles go away.
      And it has internal applications too.
