Hi Rowin Kristnama, Maybe the oil wasn't hot enough. Also, cook it in small batches - as the more Hakiene you add to the oil, the cooler the oil will become. OR You try this batter Recipe 125g cornflour 1/2 tsp bicarb. of soda 250 mls icy cold sparkling water or Soda 1 egg And follow the same process :) Hope this ould help ;)
