I like how even stamina is part of a kit now, i bet in the future we will have a support character that can buff stamina so it wouldn’t drained faster because the echo can now be hold and it will continuesly attack, its kurogames so they will not abandon that kind of idea, the stamina is part of a kit now.

This Echo scales with the user HP, her heal and intro too, the rest of her kit scales with ATK, but It's low multiplier and her base Atk it's 4* lvl. So I think that it's better you Focus in HP to do more dmg.
Assuming you get her weapon, imo the best build is rejuvenating glow 4 - crit dmg% (use the new 1.3 echo) 3 - spectro dmg% / hp% 1 - hp% This builds around the nuke in her enhanced intro. It's her only hp scaling damage with around 60% hp multiplier. It's a guranteed crit, so you only need to build crit dmg, spectro dmg, and hp for it The signature weapon covers all energy needs, you only need one or two energy substats to cap out her buffs This nuke build doesn't sacrifice her buffs or healing, and you only need to level her burst and intro skill. I'm pretty sure it's optimal Even if you were to do a full atk build and max all her talents, the ones which scale on atk have such low multipliers it's not even worth it.

ok in buffing capabilities this echo is way better than turtle one. no restriction, BiS for Verina/shorekeeper in my opinion. turtle echo is still good bec of the shield it provides but the buff will gone after u took 3hits. 44111 is now possible with the healing set.
@@Kramer8 sub dps verina exist already with 43311, shorekeeper sub dps is already better than verina. Of course its harder to build since u need crit stats along ER since shorekeeper needs alot of ER. its just more dps on ur all over team performance, dnt need to force ur self.
