I rebuilt the bottom end of a kx65 (actually an rm65 but same thing, kx seems to be more popular), and I cant not only not get the bike to start, I can't even get a single pop from the motor. The spark is strong, the stator is lined up where it was when the bike was running amazing before the crank shaft roller bearing went to bits. New crank, goes through all the gears perfect, but like I said it now wont start no matter what. I have checked 5 times for spark, compression, new fuel premixed and air is clean. Even leaving the carburator out of the equation, I can't even get a single fire with starter fluid into the piston... so lost the whole thing has me sick at this point.
I would just do a top end I did that with mine becuase I had the same problem, I don’t think it’s more compression I think it’s the piston rubbing or something rubbing
hope mine aint that bad i bought a m2r125 off my brother for 100 gbp he normally looks after his stuff he said he went through a large puddle off road and the bike just stopped running ive checked timing thats out so cross fingers
I just recently brought a postie bike and restored it. I purchase to 190 zongshen and anyways I’ve had so many issues with it. The thing is I can’t bump start it or even electric start it it turns over like literally does weather supposed to be just won’t actually run if I kick start it it starts running rough assuming I have to do a few tunes to the carburettor to fix that issue but my point is that only way I can start it is by kick starting it but again when I electric start it, it turns the bike over also, I’ve tried bump starting it play. Yeah nothing seems to work any clues please maybe a dirty ground wire I doubt it as everything is brand-new. I’m just worried if I keep kick starting this bike it’s gonna ruin it.
Good question, I unfortunately don’t mess with electric start stuff. Mines electric start but I disconnected all of that. I prefer less wires and less weight on my pit bike.
Could you plz tell me what kinda bike it is aswell as year n’ stuff. I too have one and am tryna find what year model mine is. It looks kinda like yours but newer

My bike doesn’t even make a sound when I kick it and I don’t think it’s blown bc there’s more compression than before

It was probably the head valves were not seating sounds like air was coming out of the head of I had to make a guess.👍✌️👌🥂💯🛠️🏍️
Did a compression test to. Was very bad results lol like 25 psi
Sparks there fuels there but won't start the carb keeps on flooding when I open the accelerator no pressure when kicking
