This is so beautiful and means so much to me as I was just diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer and am only 52. I'm facing the hardest battle of my life and this song has been one of my favorite songs to sing and hear when I thank God for all he has shown and given me so many blessings. Josh Groban released this song in 2003 the same year my Mother passed away suddenly. The song lyrics immediately touched every emotion I had and I cried every time I heard it (still do). Through my grief, the thought of my beautiful Mother being raised up brought me a lot of comfort. On the other hand my Mother raised me up to stand on any mountain. She made me the strong woman that I am today. The song speaks to me on both sides. The beautiful harmony that the three of you have gives me yet another reason to shed tears. Actually the song wasn't released by Josh Groban, it was first sung by Brian Kennedy in 2001. Who in my opinion is superior to Josh Groban's version. Josh did a cover of this song in 2003. Lifein3D excels in singing this song. I think this is the best version so far.

Josh Groban released this song in 2003 the same year my Mother passed away suddenly. The song lyrics immediately touched every emotion I had and I cried every time I heard it (still do). Through my grief, the thought of my beautiful Mother being raised up brought me a lot of comfort. On the other hand my Mother raised me up to stand on any mountain. She made me the strong woman that I am today. The song speaks to me on both sides. The beautiful harmony that the three of you have gives me yet another reason to shed tears. Tears of joy in hearing the magnificent God given talent that you all have. Thank you for sharing your talents with us! God bless all of you!!!
Actually the song wasn't released by Josh Groban, it was first sung by Brian Kennedy in 2001. Who in my opinion is superior to Josh Groban's version. Josh did a cover of this song in 2003. Lifein3D excels in singing this song. I think this is the best version so far.
