Are the keycaps see through? My work needs me to type in low light at times and visibility is important. Anyone knows about the low light keys visibility?

The keyboard is full ABS, only the plate is steel. In relation to switches I think linears would probably be the way to go (or if you just want a more silent but tactical switch you can get the outemu silent sky). Good purchase 👍
I actually ordered some boba gum silent linears and I’m looking forward to them arriving!

Thnx for the Review. One question. In all the K6 Pro Reviews so far it looks like only the keyboard is lit but not the caps. In pics and videos of the K6 the caps are lit. My son would like to get a K6 Pro for christmas. Though he already put custom caps on his list as well. Does it depend on buying the right caps if you want them to be lit as well? Hopefully i put my issue the right way, since english ain't my mother tongue. Feedback is appreciated.
pretty sure the stock keycaps that come with it are not shine though only the the keyboard itself, meaning you would have to get custom shine though keycaps aswel
You'll want to either look for PBT Double Shot (Shine Through) or PBT Pudding (Shine Through)

typing this comment rn on my k6 pro, it is absolutely wonderful for it's price! A nice sound with tape mod (use electrical tape), my gateron oil kings (lubed) and an FR4 plate. highly recommend, worth it for the price!

I was thinking of getting this Keyboard, with the aluminum frame but that costs me $187, in my currency while the white backlight, costs me $130. Does it make a difference, or should I just get the much cheaper option?
It all comes down to personal preference! I personally don’t think it’s that worth it, I initially regretted not getting the aluminum frame, but now that I have the plastic frame, I don’t think I personally would notice that much of a difference. But again, everyone is different! It’s up to you and what you value
@@Neezy953 it’s aesthetic, I always recommend getting it for an additional 10$. Looks nicer and if you dont like it, you can just screw it off

you should try banana split switches lubed and filmed... thats what i use. sounds immaculate. or if your looking for a budget linear switch you might like akko sakuras they are alot cheaper and they sound really good without lube or film.

Dude! I like that you can customize it and change buttons, but there’s an essential key for me which is the delete button. If this thing doesn’t come with it nah this keyboard isn’t for me at all. I know you would say that we can maybe change the led button and put delete button in there but nah that isn’t a choice because I still need that led button in that particular place. I wish if they cut backspace button because it’s kinda long and made a space for the delete button maybe. I would choose a different model tbh cus of it lol 😂

YOU CAN HAVE A DELETE KEY!!!. You can change what the buttons do. I changed the home button to delete.

The keycaps are not printed but have two layers of plastic ("double shot"). This means they cannot fade.

You mean absolutely average? 😂 I understand that you are new to the space but 1000hz hz polling rates are present on 25 dollar amazon boards, and at the peak of the industry, companies now offer 8000 hz. If you are reading this as a newcomer to the hobby as well, please take note that 1000 hz it's totally fine, but it's not absolutely insane. If you want the best of the best response times, there's a lot of other factors that go into it other than polling rate.
All of this having been said, this is still a great board for newcomers, and Keychron makes amazing products.
I appreciate learning that! I'm not really using this keyboard for gaming, but it's good to know!

Are you really uploading a video that you are typing with two fingers? Learn touch type mate
the amount of fingers have nothing to do with touch typing, as long as you can type consistently without looking down at the board then that's touch typing, i average 120wpm with 160wpm personal best and i use 5 fingers in total
