Just made this. OMG so good. I used a store bought bag of stir fry mix with snow peas, broccoli and carrots. Enough for 2 or 3 meals for 1 person.

Hello and good morning. I wanted you to know that I tried this recipe over the weekend and it was "dee lish"! My highest rating. I followed your directions exactly with one minor change. I drained the oil from the pan once I cooked the chicken. But otherwise, I followed your instructions and used every ingredient. It was GREAT. A BIG thank you!

Soooo delicious. I have a recipe very similar to that. Instead of pasta I use Ramen noodles. I don't use the flavor packets because they're loaded with salt.

Hello Cathrine, Thank you for another great recipe. Easy to make and delicious to eat. I have to learn to halve the amount of ingredients though. Wow that made enough for a family of 6, which is not a bad thing. Well it was dinner then lunch the next day and dinner again with more to eat. I must say it was even tastier as left overs, with all the ingredients melding together. I’m learning a lot from you. Many thanks, Gerry

I’ll have to halve the recipe as I cook for just myself. I’m wondering if that pasta would freeze well? If so I could put it in individual portions in the freezer but I’m unsure if the pasta would work.
I've never had enough to freeze.

I often marinate chicken in Italian dressing for an incredible flavor! The addition of teriyaki sauce just takes this to another level!😚
And anytime I can have pasta in a dish, I'm very happy! I don't even mind the carrots and broccoli, some of my favorite vegetables!😋

This looks so yummy, but I require strong teriyaki flavor. As for oils, I don't eat avocados, so I won't use that oil & I will never use canola oil !!
Well, you can use whatever you like to use.
This is a great and tasty looking dish but the sodium levels must be "off the charts". I would try to use low sodium sauces if available.
I made this and only had egg noodles at home. I used them and my wife was impressed. Thank you! Yum!

Chicken thighs would be my choice, not dry and more flavour
