I wasn’t scared of beavers either until I saw one on the road and chased him down. I’m way faster than a beaver on land. I always think it's interesting to hear people release a primal scream. Some call it a death scream. More often than not, it's like a squeal. Prey. All of the sudden that human drops down the hierarchy.
I remember taking my daughter to the ER when she was an infant. The guy in the next curtained off area was having his bandages changed from a beaver bite. 5:00 That log could be part of a washed out bridge. In my area, the Forest Service will commonly anchor one end of a foot bridge. Then when a flood washes it out, the logs stay put and can be put back in place and the bridge rebuilt.

I hugely admire beaver. When we lived up in Central Oregon, on the banks of the Deschutes River, I used to get up particularly early to watch the beaver swim, carrying twigs and what have you, to repair their lodge on a tiny island. They are industrious, smart, and if they'd been left alone rather than hunted to near extinction back in the 1800s, we wouldn't have had the flooding problems that we encounter now. Nature's way is the best way, and beaver were put here by Nature for a beautiful and perfect reason.
Kudos to you for not editing out your surprise reaction to the beaver attack. I'm no sook either but I would definitely have done the same! If you go beaver searching again, carry a decent spade to belt the crap out of the water to make the beaver think an alligator is after it!
The irony of you saying the beavers are in a vulnerable state, and 3 seconds later being snuck up on and chased by one 🤣 great video ♥️ P.S. that beaver was HUGE
I started laughing when the beaver started chasing after Post 10. Post 10 screaming was also funny even though he said that he wasn't afraid. It looked like it took a lot of nerves to be right next to an active beaver lodge, especially knowing that there are beavers nearby that could attack you at any given moment.

We had a beaver dam at our property in Northern Quebec. We trapped 13 of the little buggers. Two of them were over 50 lbs each. You gotta hand it to the beavers, they’re resourceful and relentless. They’re not really afraid of people either. Great videos.

Post 10. I don't really know why I love watching your videos, but I actually do. You have so much knowledge in that brain of yours, you're a fountain of information. You really know what's around you. Keep these videos coming for us boring humans. I can't explain why a street drain being cleared by a rake is so satisfying but it really, really is. Keep up the good work. I love it ❤️
I didn't regard "angry beavers" seriously until this summer. I help to maintain a public park in my town. A beaver had decided to reside in a small pond (basically a large puddle). Early this summer a man was walking his dog (a Great Pyrenees). The dog is friendly but curious. He decided to investigate the beaver. The beaver attacked and bit the dog. The dog had to have his wounds stitched and a drain inserted. So beavers can be vicious when they're provoked.
Coming face to face with a wild creature of that size is scarier than you would think, let alone a creature that you spent the last day pissing off XD.

Beavers: "Hold my tree Bark!"
This time I felt bad for the beaver. You drained its pond, destroyed its dam, exposed its lodge making it vulnerable to predators and then scared it! Really liked watching you running and screaming! 🤣 Keep on entertaining us with your antics and adventures! Thanks!
5:00 That log could be part of a washed out bridge. In my area, the Forest Service will commonly anchor one end of a foot bridge. Then when a flood washes it out, the logs stay put and can be put back in place and the bridge rebuilt.
“In the case of Post not being afraid of beavers, the lie detector determined that was a lie “
Aw maybe not a lie so much as a miscalculation. 🤔😁
That little "Ohp!' at 11:08 was perfect. Just that realization that he was right there made the following 15 seconds 1000x better
“They will be trapping and relocating them somewhere….
Or possibly eating them”
made me laugh! The truth.
Lmfaoo I know
The other white meat.
Bet it tastes like chicken...
Relocating them to the cooking pot😂
Postie: "I'm not scared of them at all"
Me: *pauses, glances at video title again*
That sound you emitted when it moved towards you was absolutely fantastic! 😆🤣
"not doiing that again", 10 minutes later: "lets go see it!"
Right? I was like, what? Why though? Haha
@@queenfae2182 i was prepared for a jump scare when he was near that root thingy.. :) i tought that the beaver was gonna jump up like karate kid or something :)
@LeaaRE - Exactly my thought, too! 😆
@@orfeous Same here!
Yes, he should leave the beavers alone and let the roads decay.
Well said
@FlyingMonkies325 -- Thank you for the polite reply. Appreciated.
“Yeah I’m not scared of the beavers”
Also him two minutes later: ARGHHH.
I didn’t know that was the sound of a beaver. I didn’t realize they screamed. Lol. Good stuff Post
Lmfao dude
Kudos to you for not editing out your surprise reaction to the beaver attack. I'm no sook either but I would definitely have done the same! If you go beaver searching again, carry a decent spade to belt the crap out of the water to make the beaver think an alligator is after it!
The irony of you saying the beavers are in a vulnerable state, and 3 seconds later being snuck up on and chased by one 🤣 great video ♥️
P.S. that beaver was HUGE
Post - "I'm not scared of the beavers"
2 minutes later
Post - "Woo woo woo woo woo!"
Not even *one* minute later! 😆 And then he also says, "The beavers now are at a vulnerable state" - Yeah, right! 😄
I started laughing when the beaver started chasing after Post 10. Post 10 screaming was also funny even though he said that he wasn't afraid. It looked like it took a lot of nerves to be right next to an active beaver lodge, especially knowing that there are beavers nearby that could attack you at any given moment.
"They're evacuating" Hell naw they were setting up a distraction and an ambush! 😅
I knew when you declared that you weren't "scared of them at all" that something would happen, I just knew it! Even so, you did the right thing and skedaddled when you should have. Keep up the great work, post10!
"Skedaddled", hehe! 😄 I had not heard that one before! 😀
why are people so dumb, even if your not scared of them it still wouldn't be good to be attacked by one.
Posties mug shot is hanging on every beaver lodge wall in three states.
They just doubled the price on his head!!
@@keithmatthews1673 After that lodge close-up incident, the beavers had too.
Post10 is going closer to their homes now.
Lol
It's actually a picture of his boots as they appear underwater.
@10:32 "I'm not scared of them all". Is clearly said with great confidence.
@11:00 "The Beavers, right now, are at vulnerable state". Like he's in charge and has everything under control.
@11:11 "WOO! WOO WOO!!" Cries out in schoolboy fashion and runs for his life.
All this followed by several gentler woos and a few woahs.
@11:26 "whoo- whoo, a pissed off Beaver."
I hahad topause the video at thispoinas I was laughing too hard to take it all in and itsnit even over yet! 😂
This is likely why the Rangers or Wildlife Officials wanted him to let year people handle this.
As a Canadian, I can yell you that Beavers are quite a bit larger than you might expect. I was a little frightened the first time I saw one 'up close'.
Love it! ❤ 🇨🇦
Yay this gunna be fun, was shocked to hear how much this costs you to do, and kudos to you
What does it cost him?
Glad you enjoy unclogging these culverts, so much, it's great fun to watch.
@@1Jasmin in his previous video he said with gasoline and meals, etc, it costs him about $500 .
@@mrscalifdreamer Ohh wow that's a lot. Thanks.
Watch, like, comment, subscribe. It all helps him out.
I love how you said "I'm not scared " less than a minute screaming and running...lol
😂😂😂😂😂
“The powerhouse of this operation” said it as if these beavers were a criminal organization
Lmaooooo they are! 🤣😭
Best laugh I’ve had in a while! Didn’t expect that from this video lol. Thank you SO much for the slow-mo replay, it was a true joy.
We had a beaver dam at our property in Northern Quebec. We trapped 13 of the little buggers. Two of them were over 50 lbs each. You gotta hand it to the beavers, they’re resourceful and relentless. They’re not really afraid of people either. Great videos.
I just found you a couple of days ago. I don't know why I'm all of a sudden interested in watching you clear out culverts. But this right here: "I ain't afraid of no beaver"... Those are famous last words! 🤣 LMAO! I loved the retreat, and the honesty. I'm hooked now! Be careful out there!
Me: "You're not scared of beavers huh?"
Maury: "The lie detecter determined... you were NOT telling the truth"
Audience: OHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
😂😂😂
"I am not afraid!"
"WoW. wowowowowow"
"Never going to do that again!!!" 😂😂😂
I love it ❤️
Greetings from Norway.
"I am not afraid!" I was expecting hearing TIMBER from the beaver tho.
That is one hell of a scream my guy 😂🤣 Thanks for leaving it in.
Another great video ! I laughed when you said “I will never do that again” and then you climb down the culvert to record it. Thanks post 10
Definitely National Geographic potential.
Beaver was good size.
Flight or fight mode kicked in for “the Rambo of the runoff’s”
"Hey, Norbert, is that the guy who destroyed our house?"
"Yes, it is, Daggett."
"LET'S GET HIM!"
no one is going to spawn my brother
Spoot.
Underrated comment
I didn't regard "angry beavers" seriously until this summer. I help to maintain a public park in my town. A beaver had decided to reside in a small pond (basically a large puddle). Early this summer a man was walking his dog (a Great Pyrenees). The dog is friendly but curious. He decided to investigate the beaver. The beaver attacked and bit the dog. The dog had to have his wounds stitched and a drain inserted. So beavers can be vicious when they're provoked.
I like all that you do man. You deserve respect for all this. I would tear it down as many times as I could.
That was some beaver mating call you got there LOL
Famous last words “I’m not scared of beavers” 😂🤭😂🤭😂🤭👍😎🇬🇧
Post10: the beavers are in a vulnerable state
Also Post10: woooooo
Omg I have not laughed like that in ages I could hardly breath! That was the best reaction ever lol great video watching from the UK 🤣
Coming face to face with a wild creature of that size is scarier than you would think, let alone a creature that you spent the last day pissing off XD.
“So they’ll be relocating the beavers, or possibly eating them” 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Beaver: "first you drain my pond and now you coming to my home? I'm gonna go on the offensive."
Post10: screams while escaping back.
You can tell it isn't Australia by the lack of spiders absolutely everywhere.
Plus there's a beaver.
@@LostWhits plenty of beaver here in Aus

That’s my first time ever ever hearing you scream bro that shit was hilarious. You’re usually spewing off facts about some interesting shit. This video goes in the archive!!
"I'm not scared" then continues to make Scooby-Doo scared noises
Oh this video was excellent. That was an amazing man scream. Totally at one with nature in that moment. Made my day. Can’t wait for the update.
Classic! "I'm not scared of them at all"
Then.. screams.. tooooo funny
I don't want you I injured, ever. But I can't stop laughing at your reaction...pure gold. So glad I wasn't actively drinking coffee at that moment!
