Beautiful. I had 1974. Nice blue like that. Sweet car. I miss it. This is a beast. Sweeet beast. Love it. I will give both nuts and a reach around for that beast. Anytime. Hit me up
Skills experience talent what a team! Let's not forget the BEAST!! Let's hear see the V8 build and tune .. Can't wait I had the RS3.1 regret selling her ,but when seeing sweat and blood going into this makes me want to get another.. Come on FORD bring back the Capri!!! 👍
Awesome build boys, well done, I bet it brings a smile to your face when you drive it, my first car in 1972 was Capri 3000GT, I’ve hit the prescribe button and can’t wait see and hear your awesome car on the track ♥️
No detail missed.👍🏻 Used To work at eight Mercury dealer ship. My job was installing aftermarket options such as air conditioning etc. I’m a big guy and that is not a big vehicle, had to drop the whole 9 yards. That being said I can appreciate the amount of detail you’ve gone to.
Amazing. Brings back memories of mine. Still have it. 302 Windsor 4V C4 auto with 9 inch diff and coil over suspension. The engine bay looks like mine too apart from the cool induction you have. You can see mine on my channel. It registered road legal too. Are there more videos with the car running? I'd love to hear it.
Very nice car but is it just me or is the paint job abit off in the front? seems like the blue is abit hight on one side and almost down to nothing on the other side in the front above the "lip" ,,, could be camera angles ....
Nice build can’t wait to hear the V8

Love this, great job guys. I had a mk3 Capri 3.0S with a Fibre sports x-pack body kit as supplied to fords. Loved that car 👍🏻
Ford Capri was an awesome v6 car.

Wow
Ford of Europe got this one right ...except for the rust proofing. ...lol. I orta know 'coz I owned two of these beauties.
Why the facelift dash?
watch it draive????
will it have bbs alloys and side exit pipes eventually?
yes, my wet tyre set are bbs splits, side exit under constriction as we speak
well when your done please post some more videos of it running etc
Wait, if the Capri "GT" naming scheme is to be followed, Wouldn't it make this an Ford Mk1 Capri RS 5000?
its ended up a 347 stroker so RS5700 lol
@@MJRACING1
Awesome!
Also, Love that it has the Watts link, the '74 Mk1 I had didn't exactly handle so hot with the original leaf springs!
I was wondering if you wanted to sell that Capri.😍😍
Not yet sorry
Nice engine, but it is a series one Capri, not a mark one. Mark is used, for degree of luxury. Your car is fine, a thing, to be proud of.
Not in the UK. "Mark" is the version, "Model" is the degree of trim. For example. I had a 1972 MK1 Capri, a GTXLR model.
COuld of paint the engine and work on the details a bit more.. Great car
That was a dummy build for the pics
@@MJRACING1 :) OK
Biuld is not build but love the car

for starters it's RHD,ALL Cologne Capris were LHD,Also V6's not V8's!
RS Capris were available in RHD.
