Regarding: "I don't ever use these number keys."
That technique can be inefficient, such as typing sentences that contain words and numbers. For example, if you type, "Sam's address is 651 Maple St., CA , 99999," you are slowing yourself down if you use the number pad because your hand must move from the home row to the number pad, and then back to the home row. The number pad is more useful when you have to type primarily just numbers, such as an Excel spreadsheet. Whether to use the number pad or the top row depends on the situation.

I recommend storing your data on a spreadsheet. Use Microsoft Excel if you have it installed on your computer. I have a playlist on my channel page for Excel. It should help you if you're a beginner.
