Please cover the system versions as well for individual with low pressure but looking to move away from regular boilers due yo limited ranges from manufactures
From iHeat we only do these models in System variants so the comparisons are pretty much the same other than the kws. Converting to a system may cost a fair bit more so bare that in mind. Are the cold water tanks in the way or is it simply lack of choice to upgrade
@@iheat yes a cold water and a old fashioned heating vent , , hot water cylinder in airing cubbord , looking to move it to the loft where old cold water unit stood, only other thing to mention cold feed updated to 22mm back in 1984 , cold was paid extra to split to kitchen /boiler /outside tap and also fresh water feed to downstairs bathroom sink for drinking water needs . Cylinder is a typical copper tank apex 120 litre zero insulation it’s that old , 13 rad but will need a 30kwh system due to 23kw heat loss sold brick building no insulation, existing 25 just can’t cope looking probably new valliant eco tech plus 30kw, will need pump on cold feed to rest of house as well installed. Have to also remove old soft water softener that’s dead, currently on bypass, heating controls will need to be re wired and replaced currently Randell 3001 that’s working manually. Have already purchased tado v3 . Currently y plan , boiler is 1980 glow worm regular 5, open vent that will need to be bricked, install current location over washing machine rear vent
Least you've got Y plan is a good start, does sound like a big job! Is your area just bad for water pressure? Feel like we had similar job to this on video near Norwich which we put a powerful combi in to replace all the above.

Valiant or Worcester Bosch is better?
All comes down to personal opinion, both great companies, amazing response time and powerful boilers
🙏💙
Why don't you even mention the 10kW 12kW or 15kW versions? Any decently insulated home doesn't need boilers this big.
Hey this video is for combi boilers only, and the only ones we sell. We sell system and open vent versions in the 10kw, 12kw, 15kw etc

Sooo... are these gas or electric???
Hey Sam these are gas combi boilers
@@iheat Thanks, I live in Norway where gas is not an option. Trying to get unbiased advice on difference between heat pump and electric boiler 😊
