Ethics and the RE Garrison lease purchase program

Is there room for ethics in Trucking or should we just ignore things like that? In my opinion, when a trucking company offers a lease purchase program there should be a fair opportunity for those lease purchase operators to be successful. When a trucking company, like RE Garrison chooses to let their own dispatcher, who dispatches lease purchase operators on loads, to compete against those same people that's unfair and very unethical.
Character matters and allowing your dispatcher to compete against those who are working to buy you highly over priced used trucks is not only VERY unethical but, it also speaks volumes about the trucking company and it's management/owners who allow this behavior and even condone it.

hey man. i got a lease agreement for a company, id glady send it to you to review, but u jus cant say tha companies name or where they from. i cud prolly get into trouble...jus curious of ya thoughts on it.
