I finally found a tutorial which explained step by step this process including the drying time. You have answered all my questions regarding the honeycomb method and erased my fears if trying this process. Thank you very much for taking the time to thoroughly explain the process including the tips at the end of video.
I'm so glad you found it helpful!!! Thank you so much for your wonderful comment! I recently did another video using the honeycomb method with no name added. In case you are interested, here is a link ruclips.net/video/-aOtfVXJh90/видео.html
I really enjoyed watching your tutorial. It is very informative. I have a magnifying lamp I use with other work I do that I would most likely use so it’s hands free working on the tumbler. This is a very tedious type of craft. I probably would use the flock template method myself since my time is limited. I also appreciated your ‘tip’ on the glue bottle metal extension piece removal. Thank you for sharing ❤
WOW!! SO HELPFUL!! THANK YOU!! I found that lighting is a big deal for us little older peeps... I use a headlamp as well. I am like to d these sitting on the couch hanging with my family. They like to sit in the dark watching movies. LOL
Thank you so much for this tutorial!!! I really appreciate your time ! I'm going to get my shopping list together 😊 and thank you for posting what materials you used. I was trying to figure out how much would I actually need and the sizes.
I am posting a new video within a day or so if you want to see how it comes out. I used rainbow colored rhinestones on the new one and it is va va voooommmm! I used about 2200 SS10 stones on the new one, but the number will vary depending on if your tumbler is the same size and the size of stones. I didn't put a name on the new one so it went a LOT faster than my prior tumblers.
I loved your video. It was very helpful. I have not made one of these yet, but I want to buy an engraved Tumbler. Will the engraved part matter as far as the height of the stones? I hope this makes sense. Thank you for your help.
Hello Your cup turned out gorgeous. Where did you get your Velcro circle from? I need something to guide me so that my line is straight at the top and bottom.
I just cut a piece of velcro off some that I got from my husband's stash, but you can get velcro or velcro tape at places like Home Depot, etc. It is the double sided and does not have a sticky back, so it sticks to itself.
This was such a great and information tutorial! Thank you for all of your tips and tricks! I love the Velcro tip! And the wax paper tip!! I can’t wait to try that one!! I too am always pressing stones down with my fingers and the little ones always want to come up with my thumb, lol. What kind of Velcro did you use?
Thank you Miss Havisham! I don't have a separate tutorial on that, but if you have any specific questions, I would be happy to help. Do you currently use a cutting machine, such as a Cricut or Silhouette?
I really enjoy your tutorials and I am wanting to jump into blinging cups… thank you for doing this! After waiting the 3 days and cleaning it is it ready to go? No sealing or anything?
Yes, after you clean it, it is good to go. I am going to do a short video of cleaning the tumbler and will probably upload it Tuesday morning if you are interested in watching it. Thank you for watching and good luck to you in your blinging. I practiced a little bit when I got started on a free promotional cup that I had received at my work. I didn't bling the whole thing, but practiced doing my honeycomb pattern and getting the feel of everything.
Thank you so much!!! I actually realize I didn't say the font, but it is BasyirahScript. There are at least 3 versions of BasyirahScript so you would want to look at all of them. This one is just BasyirahScript. The others I have are called BasyirahScript Set 1 and BasyirahScript Set 3. I assume there is a Set 2 but I don't know for sure. The one I have is free on www.dafont.com.
I use between 6.5 - 7 inches wide by up to 2 inches tall for the tallest letters. Then, of course, I turn it to add to the tumbler so that it goes from top to bottom.
I have not tried E6000 with rhinestones. I have used it in jewelry before though. I think the bond would be really good. Not sure if it would flow nicely from the bottle or not - it might be too thick. I might do a search and see if I find anyone using it in the bottles. Thanks for watching Stacey and I will probably "see" you later tonight online! I had to miss Big Boi's show last night.
I do not epoxy mine. I let the glue dry for at least a day, but preferably more, and then I wash/scrub it. There should be a very short follow up video that shows the cleaning process. Thanks for watching!!!

The others I have are called BasyirahScript Set 1 and BasyirahScript Set 3. I assume there is a Set 2 but I don't know for sure. The one I have is free on @t. I don't use a particular font size. I make the word how I want it and then stretch it to the amount of space I want to fill. For this tumbler, the tallest letter would have been about 2.25 inches. This was a 20 ounce skinny straight tumbler. Thanks so much for watching!
That is a great question. For the tumblers that I bling, using SS20 stones, I believe it has taken around 2450 stones. If you have a name or other design, this will change a bit. But 2450 is pretty close if you are doing a 20 ounce tumbler using the honeycomb method.
Too funny! Next time I am going to do a pattern with the rhinestones and probably won't be able to use the honeycomb method. I have to recuperate from making this one first:)
Smart trick to use the velcro for a straight line. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!!!

Thank you very much! I have thought about buying a magnifying lamp and imagine I will invest in one sometime down the road. Great idea!
Now I’m going to bling out a tumbler. You, Eve and Uni are great instructors. Thank you!

Correction - I just counted the rows and stones per row and it was about 2450:)
WOOOOW...ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.
Hi
Thanks so much is a great video...where did you get the velcro strip?
I have had it on hand for a long time, but you can get it at Walmart, Hobby Lobby, etc. Thank you for watching!!!
HAPPY SATURDAY MY FRIEND
Hi Stacey!!! Thanks for stopping by!
Hello. I’m here from 755 Media. Wow. I can’t wait to see the process
Thanks so much for checking the video out!!! Love that 755!!!
Awesome video, great info.
Thank you very much!

Are you talking about stoning over the engraved part and worrying that it will cause a problem?
Amazing thank you Marilyn
Glad you like it!!!

AAWWW I WANTED TO SEE THE CLEAN UP PART.
I will do a "short" of it like I did the sneak peak video:)

What kind of Velcro did you use?
Thank you so much Jillean! The velcro is some that my husband had in the garage, so I am sorry but not sure what brand it is.
Thank you, what about the Sandy block(which grade did you used)
Medium or fine are okay. I don't use the course to ultra fine.
Good video thanks looks good 👍 ❤
Thank you!!!
3:18 love this. Do you have a tutorial on creating the name?
Thank you Miss Havisham! I don't have a separate tutorial on that, but if you have any specific questions, I would be happy to help. Do you currently use a cutting machine, such as a Cricut or Silhouette?
New sub! Clearest instructions out there for blinging a cup. What sand paper did you use?? Thx!! 💗
Thank you so much! I typically use something that isn't real course, but not super fine. And I don't press down really hard. 220 works well.
Hey Marylin!
Hey Big Boi!!!
Wish me luck. Got everything I need to make mine. Let' see how it goes. lol
Best of luck to you!!! Be patient and take it slow to start, but if you are like me, you are going to LOVE your bing tumbler!

Thanks for the help
You're very welcome! Thank you for watching and commenting!
💃🏾yes
Thanks TheBestUni!!!
After setting all the stones do you go back and fill in with more liquid fusion?
I have gone back and dabbed a little bit in if I have a gap, just to blend it in a little better. But I do not use it on the entire cup.
This is great! 💗
Thank you Allaina!!! These are a lot of work but they are soooo beautiful when done:)
I love it
Thank you!!!!!
Loving this. Did you say what font you used and I missed it?
Thank you so much!!! I actually realize I didn't say the font, but it is BasyirahScript. There are at least 3 versions of BasyirahScript so you would want to look at all of them. Thank you, what size did you sizes the name( length width)

HAVE YOU EVER TRIED E6000 IN THOSE LITTLE BOTTLES AND IF SO HOW DID IT HOLD UP?
I have not tried E6000 with rhinestones. I have used it in jewelry before though. I think the bond would be really good. Awesome
Thank you LaChelle!!!
At the very end of blinging your tumbler…do I epoxy it, to seal them all?
I do not epoxy mine. I let the glue dry for at least a day, but preferably more, and then I wash/scrub it. There should be a very short follow up video that shows the cleaning process. Thanks for watching!!!
Hello
What size is your velcro tape?
I just measured it and it is .75 inches wide.
What font did you use??
I used Basyirah Script. Thank you for watching!
what is the font name and size? Is that a 30oz tumbler? thanks for the toot I learned a lot and can't wait to try my hand at this! :0)

TFS…OG BLING QUEEN 👑 I’m tempted to try it once🤔nah😄A D D patience/ focus🤦🏽♀️
Thanks for watching Nicole! I had to break up my work into multiple days😂
I know this be a stupid question how many rhinestones on an average does it take to complete the bling
That is a great question. For the tumblers that I bling, using SS20 stones, I believe it has taken around 2450 stones. If you have a name or other design, this will change a bit. But 2450 is pretty close if you are doing a 20 ounce tumbler using the honeycomb method.
YOU HAD ME NERVOUS WITH THAT LAST STONE.
Too funny! Next time I am going to do a pattern with the rhinestones and probably won't be able to use the honeycomb method. I have to recuperate from making this one first:)
BLING BLING I NEED SOME SHADES
Has anyone ever tried using the rhinestone wraps and then filling in the rest with single pieces?
I haven't tried them but am interested. It would be soooo much faster.
I THOUGHT THAT I HAD PATIENCE...FRIEND YOUR THE ONE WITH PATIENCE
Ha ha, it definitely does take a lot of patience:)
