Thanks--we love to share our ideas and hacks to help others. A word of advice: Don't go too heavy on the water, because it'll take a really long time to dry. Also, we like to use a bead of Supertite Adhesives Fusion Tack glue under the seam, which helps secure that edge. Then, wrap with ponytail holders and let it cure overnight. After that, the tumbler works great and is ready for your customers. -TRW Pilar

We get this question multiple times a week. Unfortunately, adding a name to a full rhinestone tumbler would require massive editing and not all software has rhinestone features or tools. The EASIEST thing to do would be add a glitter and rhinestone name to a full glitter tumbler using one of our TRW Shadow fonts. www.therhinestoneworld.com/shadow-font-family To add a rhinestone name to a full stone wrap would entail using a stone font to type the name, weld it and overlap it onto the full stone template in your software, then delete the stones under the name and fill any gaps with individual stones in your software. Silhouette Business Edition has some rhinestone tools and can export files as svg to upload to other cutters and software like Cricut's Design Space. Our favorite software is CorelDraw paired with the TRW Design Wizard, which has extensive rhinestone editing tools and can export your work as several different file types. This is what we use to create our rhinestone templates. Thanks for watching! -TRW Pilar

There's no epoxy so no cure time. The adhesive is very strong but just like most items, please allow 24 hours before washing for max adhesion. Hand wash is preferred but if you're not using color or printed stone patterns then top rack dishwasher is ok. I LOVE your tutorials and took advantage of your Black Friday sale to get a few templates. I did have a question, I want to create one for myself with my name on it. Is there a tutorial how to create a template for names so we could layer 2 htv, 2 rhinestone colors for my name?
If they're cup wrap templates then you'll need software like the CorelDraw / Wizard. Without it, the best way is to design your template smaller than your name, then hand place the rest to fill in. Time consuming either way unfortunately. -TRW Crystal
Sure! Pressing is a bit more finnicky with a Cricut heat press, but not impossible! Just make sure to apply firm, even pressure over the entire wrap. - TRW Haley
You sure can! We include the svg and Crafter file. :) Crafter version basically has the rhinestones knocked out through the template and the dimensions for the templates listed. Make sure to ungroup from the text before you resize size the file to the dimensions we list. -TRW Pilar
We haven't tried adding names to the Rhinestone cups yet, but there would be a couple of options on how to go about that. Give us a call at 941-755-1696 or an email to info@therhinestoneworld.com and we would be more than happy to provide you with more information. Have a great day! - TRW Haley
The Cricut Joy is limited in work area. Therefore, you would not be able to accomplish this design on the Joy because of the size. Hope this helps. -TRW Tanyu
Hi! at minute 8:19, when you apply the green grass glitter, I assume the green grass glitter adheres to the silver bec the green has glue on the back of it already? The bling anything material was not put on the back of the green grass glitter. Asking bec I am stuck ..lol..Also, I don't have a carrier sheet can I use wax paper or parchment paper instead? thanks!
Yes, you can layer Glitter HTV when it comes to tumblers without an issue, as seen in this video. The glue on the back of the HTV is how all of the materials are sticking. All HTV should come with a carrier sheet on it, so make sure you're using the correct type of material, as adhesive vinyl will not work for this project. With any further questions, please call us at 941-755-1696. - TRW Haley
It depends a bit on what software you're using. We can also do custom work from our Estimate Page: www.therhinestoneworld.com/estimate-for-custom-product -TRW Crystal
Beautiful, but I'm afraid of the plastic cup cracking or breaking under a fortune in bling. I want to make some for tea with stainless steel cups and lids. They can be done easily enough without expensive machinery.
The cups don't crack and the weight of the materials is actually less than you may be thinking. Our materials also work on stainless steel tumblers. We have one template on our site for a stainless tumbler and can cooler. :) If you are wanting to hand crystallize, yes, you can do that with flatback rhinestones, proper adhesive (we like Supertite Adhesives Fusion Tack) and a rhinestone pickup tool. We covered our Cricut Joy and the CUBS tumbler you sometimes see in our videos this way, using a Crystal Katana to hand place all of the rhinestones. All materials are available on our website for either the hand-place method or for these full wraps. Let us know if you have any questions! Thanks, -TRW Pilar
Paula, do you mean they will crack with a hot liquid, or with the bling? We don't heat press the tumbler itself, just the material to essentially make the bling into a sticker. -TRW Erika
Yes. Our files work with any svg friendly cutter. If you're using Design Space, then open the file marked Crafter File, as we've already knocked the holes out and it won't freeze or crash DS. -TRW Crystal
Everything should be shippable minus any chemicals or equipment. If there's an error on site, please email info@therhinestoneworld.com and we'll see if we can get you what you'd like. :-) -TRW Crystal --------------Did you know?? >>We're LIVE -- EVERY Monday night at 8pmEST on our RUclips channel! Absolutely! Here's a link to all our cup templates: www.therhinestoneworld.com/Tumbler-Cup-Wrap-Templates_c_2991.html Let us know if you have any questions :) -TRW Erika
Lasts just fine. Doesn't peel. Been using glitter HTV on decals for years. Layering glitter HTV when making a decal is fine because whatever you put it on will not be put in a washing machine. Trust Matt, he has integrity.
It's okay to do with a product like this. With heavy wear and tear, such as on a t-shirt, you might find the layered glitter to be less long-lasting. Give us a call at 941-755-1696 for more information. - TRW Haley
It depends on the template! Some are already mirrored. If that's the case, they will say 'HTV ALREADY MIRRORED.' Otherwise, you will mirror that part, but not the rhinestone template. - TRW Haley
Yes, but be sure you test your cup for taper. These templates are created for these particular cup shapes, but if you get a Straight Skinny tumbler, then it will be super easy to just apply one of our Bling Sheets, or just measure and create your templates since a straight will only need a true rectangle and no curve figured in to account for a taper. To be very sure your cup is a true straight skinny, take a piece of copy paper and wrap it around the cup. If all lines up perfectly then you've got a true straight. -TRW Crystal
Our latest testing, we like these press specs: 315 degrees F 6-8 seconds for the htv layers, bump it to about 10 seconds for the stones. Flip the whole thing over and press from the back an additional 5 seconds as an "insurance press". Let it cool before peeling your carrier. -TRW Pilar
Hi there! Newbie here. I am so overwhelmed but I am determined to get started. I want to replicate the tiger stripe cup you have so I went to the website and I have some of the recommended items but I’m confused on a few things. How do I know which rhinestone to use? In the video you said something about a4 or Korean.... I don’t know the difference. Can I use any rhinestone on your site? I don’t know what the ss10 vs ss6 means. My mind is blown 😩😩 also the magic flock you recommend 3 ft but it only comes in 12” or bigger. Can I purchase 3 of the 12” or does it have to be connected? Thank you in advance 🥰
Welcome to the crew !! So you would want to pick out any rhinestones on our website that say HotFix rhinestones. Those are the ones that you would need heat to press on. When you see ss10 or ss6 that is the rhinestone size our most common one to use is the ss10 stones. The magic flock does come connected when you order more quantity. Let us know if you have any further questions. -TRW Mireya
I made my first cup yesterday but not sure if I did it right so the edges are the supposed to barely touch edge to edge or do they overlap mine overlapped. So I layer one side down than the left side laid on top of it
Yes, but for cups or decals only. They will not hold up through a rough tumble launder on shirts unless the stone areas are knocked out, like in a multidec design. Stones also do not behave well going over opals or holographic we've found (cups/decals). -TRW Crystal
Yes, this technique will work on stainless steel cups! You will have to create your own rhinestone template for the cup you are using. Happy crafting! -TRW Abby
First of all...love this!! I made a cup today and as I was wrapping the cup I pulled back to readjust it and some stones popped off...anyone have this issue? Did I pull too hard? I reattached the stones with E6000 but just curious if the stones will be or keep falling off.
@@joebesana were you able to get a solution to this issue? I just purchased all the materials in the video and also cannot get the rhinestones to stick to the HTV and the HTV anything material just peels off the cup.
Hi there! This is the direct link to these designs: www.therhinestoneworld.com/24oz-acrylic-cup-template-mini-pack-3?Social-Media&RUclips&Football-Season&Starbucks-Zebra-tutorial Please let us know if you have any questions! Thanks. -TRW Pilar
I notice that for the 24oz acrylic cup it say bring the base to a certain size. If using Coreldraw do you still need to resize the base? Also do you resize the base of all the vinyl templates only? I am a little confused.
If using Corel you should not need to resize but I recommend double checking that the sizing before cutting as the wrap will not fit the cup if its not sized perfectly. -TRW Abby
Does the file template work with the UScutter MH 871-MK2? Also do you apply the stones directly to the HTV or to the bling anything and then to the HTV?
Hey Desiree! That is not a cutter that we're familiar with, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. You will apply the Glitter HTV to the Bling Anything, and then the rhinestone later with go on top of the HTV. - TRW Haley
hi I got the templates I have 2 questions 1st I cant open it in silhoette softwear 2nd what's the size of the lid when it comes into Cricut its sooo big I found the dementions but I don't know what the lid should be, oh 1 more thing the rhinestone temp with the box around it what size is that suppose to be. thanks in advance
Hi there! We have the dimensions included in the template listing: www.therhinestoneworld.com/24oz-Acrylic-Cup-Template-Mini-Pack-3_p_18711.html You have to have Business Edition to open the files in Silhouette. -TRW Bri
@@TheRhinestoneWorld hi ii know y'all tired of me ive got 3 mini packs of these cups the lid size is not in included in the description of mini pack 2 I have messed so much flock up im not sure what im doing wrong and then you say the measurements not including the wedding box and its no easy to un group the one thats literally attached to the weeding box im so frustrated....
We would recommend to hand wash it rather than using a dishwasher but we have tested cups through the dishwasher and they have lasted just fine. We would just say that it would last longer if you wash it more carefully. Hope this helps. 🥰️ -TRW Mireya
Hey there, so the Bling Anything was used here because HTV anything cannot be used to press HotFix Rhinestones. The rhinestones will fall off it directly pressed to the HTV anything material so in that case we would use Bling Anything Material for this method. Let me know if you have more questions about this. -TRW Mireya
Here are the direct links for the tumbler mini pack and the bling anything: TRW 24oz Tumbler mini pack 3: www.therhinestoneworld.com/24oz-acrylic-cup-template-mini-pack-3 Bling Anything: www.therhinestoneworld.com/bling-anything-decal-material Our apologies for the broken links. These should work for you. Thanks for watching. -TRW Tanyu
Can you tell what each product does and why we need each product to do this cup. I’m having a hard time understanding why I need the bling anything sheets
Bling anything is what you press the materials onto, so that they can adhere to the cup. It turns the products into a decal, essentially. Rhinestones go on top of the glitter vinyl. Glitter vinyl is there to make the gap between the rhinestones pretty, and to keep the cup from being see-through. Magic Flock is needed to create a template and brush the stones in. For more info, we have product descriptions on our website and more RUclips videos! Feel free to contact us via email at info@therhinestoneworld.com if you have more questions! -TRW Bri
Hi Jessica! All of the 24oz Cup Template Mini Packs 2-5 have the template for the lid, but we don't have a pack for just lids at this time. - TRW Haley
Hi! So I’m in the middle of making my first cup with the Bling Anything Material. Now that it’s time to wrap the cup, it doesn’t seem as tacky on the sticky side. Is that normal? Or did I do something wrong like press the materials too long? Thanks!
If it's touched too much on the sticky side, it can lose some of its tack. I recommend a little Fusion Tack on the edges and you should be good to go. - TRW Haley
I made my purchase about two or three weeks ago. Are there any updates? I haven’t used it because I can’t figure out if I am to use Corel or the graphtec pro studio. Please help.
Hi there, There was a recent update to the 24oz Cup Template Mini Pack 2. I recommend using CorelDRAW and then Cutting Master 4 to cut your template. - TRW Haley
That depends some on the materials price and some on your labor fee's. Add everything up then see what you'd like paid for labor and add it in. If a cup sits awhile, that's ok!! You can always have a sale, you can't always raise prices. :-) -TRW Crystal

But if you mean only your name without the wrap, then yes, grab a font and rock & roll. -TRW Crystal
AmaZing can’t wait to try it!

-TRW Bri
This is absolutely incredible! Can this be done with a Cricut and Heat Press 2?
Sure! Pressing is a bit more finnicky with a Cricut heat press, but not impossible! Just make sure to apply firm, even pressure over the entire wrap.
- TRW Haley
Can I use this with the "Sure Cuts A Lot" 5 software?
You sure can! We include the svg and Crafter file. :) Crafter version basically has the rhinestones knocked out through the template and the dimensions for the templates listed. Make sure to ungroup from the text before you resize size the file to the dimensions we list. -TRW Pilar
Thank you can I do this with a cricut
Absolutely! We create special Cricut-friendly versions of all of our newer rhinestone designs for ease of use!
- TRW Haley
Do you have a tutorial for add the names to the rhinestone designs for the acrylic or plastic cups?
He only added a name to the all glitter or HTV cups, not to a rhinestone cup.
@@pytricewilliams4772 Thank you for your answer!
We haven't tried adding names to the Rhinestone cups yet, but there would be a couple of options on how to go about that. Give us a call at 941-755-1696 or an email to info@therhinestoneworld.com and we would be more than happy to provide you with more information. Have a great day!

Hi! at minute 8:19, when you apply the green grass glitter, I assume the green grass glitter adheres to the silver bec the green has glue on the back of it already? The bling anything material was not put on the back of the green grass glitter. Asking bec I am stuck ..lol..Also, I don't have a carrier sheet can I use wax paper or parchment paper instead? thanks!
Yes, you can layer Glitter HTV when it comes to tumblers without an issue, as seen in this video. The glue on the back of the HTV is how all of the materials are sticking. All HTV should come with a carrier sheet on it, so make sure you're using the correct type of material, as adhesive vinyl will not work for this project.
With any further questions, please call us at 941-755-1696.

Hi can the cricut maker be used to make the cuts?
Any svg friendly machine, yes. -TRW Crystal
@@TheRhinestoneWorld Even aircraft-grade plastics crack.
Paula, do you mean they will crack with a hot liquid, or with the bling? We don't heat press the tumbler itself, just the material to essentially make the bling into a sticker.
-TRW Erika
@@TheRhinestoneWorld They can crack from anything, including invisible manufacturing defects. It's just the nature of plastics.
Can I use my Cricut to cut?
Yes. Our files work with any svg friendly cutter.
If you're using Design Space, then open the file marked Crafter File, as we've already knocked the holes out and it won't freeze or crash DS.

Can the rhinestone template be cut with a Cricut?
I was curious about that too.
Yes! We include a specific file type called a Craft design that's just for Design Space.

Can the magic flock be cut with a cricut machine as well?
Yes I believe matt has done videos where he used the cricut for flock. March?
Yep! Just make sure the dimensions are right in Design Space.

question...Is the glitter vinyl going to peel up after a while? correct me if i'm wrong, I thought you couldn't layer glitter vinyl.
- TRW Haley
since these are on htv do they need to be mirrored or no
It depends on the template! Some are already mirrored. If that's the case, they will say 'HTV ALREADY MIRRORED.' Otherwise, you will mirror that part, but not the rhinestone template.
- TRW Haley
Will cricut air explorer 2 cut blue magic flock material?
Yess!!😊
-TRW Mireya
Great! Thank you
I know this is old but can I do this on straight stainless steel tumblers?
Yes, but be sure you test your cup for taper. These templates are created for these particular cup shapes, but if you get a Straight Skinny tumbler, then it will be super easy to just apply one of our Bling Sheets, or just measure and create your templates since a straight will only need a true rectangle and no curve figured in to account for a taper. To be very sure your cup is a true straight skinny, take a piece of copy paper and wrap it around the cup. If all lines up perfectly then you've got a true straight. -TRW Crystal
@@TheRhinestoneWorld thanks so much! I have all straight tumblers. Can’t wait to try it!
You've got this! -TRW Pilar
What temp and time did you use when pressing each?
Our latest testing, we like these press specs:
315 degrees F 6-8 seconds for the htv layers, bump it to about 10 seconds for the stones. Flip the whole thing over and press from the back an additional 5 seconds as an "insurance press". Let it cool before peeling your carrier. -TRW Pilar
How many rhinestones total does it make to create a cup if I just did 1 color rhinestone.
It really depends which cup you are doing but you would need around 30 gross because you would need around 3,000 rhinestones.
-TRW Mireya
Can this put applied to reusable Plastic cups?
Yes it can, but make sure it's the right dimensions! We have templates specifically made for certain types of cups.

TheRhinestoneWorld Thank you
I have a few questions. Can you do this on a stainless steel cup? How does this method hold up over time?
You can do this method on stainless steel cups! It is best to gently wash by hand that way the rhinestones will stay on longer!
-TRW Abby
I made my first cup yesterday but not sure if I did it right so the edges are the supposed to barely touch edge to edge or do they overlap mine overlapped. So I layer one side down than the left side laid on top of it
It sounds like the template may have been too large! If it's too big, you can always cut it to fit. That's better than it being too small!
-TRW Bri
Stones can go on glitter htv?
Yes, but for cups or decals only. They will not hold up through a rough tumble launder on shirts unless the stone areas are knocked out, like in a multidec design. Stones also do not behave well going over opals or holographic we've found (cups/decals). -TRW Crystal
Love this!

Yes, you would have to press the glitter to HTV Anything.

what are the care instructions for the cups w/rhinestones?

-TRW Mireya
I'm new to this and semi-confused. Why is the glitter being pressed onto Bling Anything instead of HTV anything?
Hey there, so the Bling Anything was used here because HTV anything cannot be used to press HotFix Rhinestones. The rhinestones will fall off it directly pressed to the HTV anything material so in that case we would use Bling Anything Material for this method. Let me know if you have more questions about this.

Are these washable (inside and out), after the rhinestones have been applied?
Yes they are ! Both HTV anything and Bling Anything make them washable.

when will the bling anything material come back in? I'd love to place an order
Hi Angela,
At this time, we are waiting on that information to pass along to you guys. Check back soon!
- TRW Haley

TheRhinestoneWorld thank you!
Do you have a rhinestone template for just the lid of a Starbucks cold cup?
Hi Jessica!
All of the 24oz Cup Template Mini Packs 2-5 have the template for the lid, but we don't have a pack for just lids at this time.
- TRW Haley
TheRhinestoneWorld thank you!
Please help.

how much does this cup cost to make minus the price of the cup which is $14 usd?
That depends some on the materials price and some on your labor fee's. Add everything up then see what you'd like paid for labor and add it in. If a cup sits awhile, that's ok!! You can always have a sale, you can't always raise prices. :-) -TRW Crystal
