Arcane Nullifier is actually pretty good for some speed-leveling builds, particularly the Silence leveling build, because it prevents security gates from draining your energy as you burst through the tileset

I kept getting arcane energizes and tried selling them for 35-40p each since there so easy to get this way but people for some odd reason refused to pay less than 70-50p. Price went down now finally but people gatekept the hell over the over inflated price for a while.
It's permanent but if you're new you won't have access until you beat most of the game. This is a way to get potentially better arcanes from your bad arcanes
