Haven't touched base for awhile good to see you still on the right side of the ground. 2 years since my diagnosis with metastasis from the prostate to the lung and pelvic bone. Very painful! Nice to see you enjoying the sun and birds chirping, in our situation the little things in life become more special and important. Talking is a great therapy too. And having a support network around us. Stay strong and stay positive! We indeed have a choice to how we deal with it. Cancer isn't always a death sentence. It can make us live a better life!

@@Livingwith-prostatecancer some things are just too "difficult" to say on here so pay close attention and write down the capital letters in the order that you see, understand?
Frogs Often Leap Lightly Over Water. WILLIAM has More Adventures by Keeping In Shape. Ostriches occasionally Need X-rays. Fish Often Rest Comfortably while Ants Navigate Complex Environments Rapidly. Cats Understand Rules Easily Sometimes.
      many blessings. 👍

You're comment about talking to others made me think of the time that i was talking to my friend about my cancer. He went and got his PSA, and sure enough he had prostate cancer. Because he was diagnosed in the very early stages, he only required a few doses of radiation. That was it! You never know who you might help, by having a chat, wether cancer related or not. All the best going back to work Woody. If you find it too much, take a step back. You are #1 mate. Regards, Carl

That's wonderful Carle .I know my talking out about this has prevented at least 5 people that I know of from progressing from early stage PS cancer, it's life saving just talking about it to people

Hi woody, I too have stage 4 prostate cancer,Have you had chemotherapy? Because you can get to ring the bell even after completing 6 cycles of chemotherapy wheather your cancer is incurable or not,I got to ring the bell after completing 6 cycles of Docetaxel,my PSA levels have dropped from 907 to 1.27

Hi Kevin no I haven't had chemotherapy yet this was a toss up between chemo and radiotherapy.
My first lot of radiotherapy therapy was three years ago in my spine.
I didn't realise you could ring the bell just because you finished chemo although that's a great achievement . Perhaps they should do it for radiotherapy too.
I'm glad to hear your PSA has dropped right down that was a very high start.
